Then another month til they actually called me and said it's ready. Taking the "repaired" trailer on its first trip to Jupiter from Plant City, I had to stop as I see a potential problem with a wheel. When I called the owner said she would make sure everything would be fixed. I dropped it off last Thursday, March 24th, and sent an email letting them know I had done so. After 3 separate emails looking for an update, I am still waiting for a response. When you pay for a service and it is not correct, the correction should take precedence over existing jobs; Not put on the back burner. The owner is rude and has had nothing but excuses through this entire process. Covid or not, there is a protocol that should happen and unfortunately all I have is a paid invoice for over $4000. I hope this is a wake up call for others.
