Thank you very much for your question there happens to have been a couple of hiccups with the phone lines as we've just moved to a new location and I certainly apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused, but I would like for you to call me… Read more

I can truly see how much they adore my child. I have never felt like my son was just a chart number, which I have unfortunately experienced at different facilities. They are so personable and informative. I really wish I found Motivated Kids a few years ago. Finding quality care, especially for pediatric therapy services is touch here in Vegas. The Front Office staff is amazing as well, along with the Owner and Managers. I highly recommend Motivated Kids!!

When I called back, was told somesone will call me end of the week. Again nothing. On the 3rd week of waiting, I called them again, and I told them that if they are busy, to just let me know so I can request a different facility to have the referal sent over by my kid's primary. Inwas put on hold for 15 minutes and had to hang up and never heard from them back. I can't imagine how they treat those who don't have that nice insurance. I don't know if they have any idea how important this matter is for the parents and children with speech delay. Horrible customer service

I am leaving a five star review for the excellent treatment discussion from Linda Ganz who assisted…read moreus greatly with my husband's future planning. Linda obviously has great experience in strategizing on how to get the best for a patient who has risk of aspiration pneumonia following a brain stem stroke. We sincerely appreciated her time and energy. The technology is really great because we were able to look at real time of my husband's current condition. Although we do not live in this area, it would be worthwhile to have Linda's expertise. Should there be no other individual available for the kind of aggressive treatment that she has recommended. There is a however, however: Should you be planning to come to this facility for expert evaluation, please be sure to hand carry any documents that you have signed for the purpose of the evaluation. I used my turbo scanner to scan my documents and email them to the referrals coordinator. I also carried them with me because I had a feeling this was a good idea. During my first telephone call to the office I was perplexed as to why, in the absence of the referrals coordinator that the person at the front desk who sits right next to the referrals coordinator, could not actually take the information being relayed and set up the appointment. This only requires a little bit of cross training. We had had several discussions on the phone with the front office about scheduling and paying for my husband's test, which was a modified barium swallow test. In the previous discussions, the office staff answering the phone 1) did not relay an email to the referrals coordinator and I had to call back after several hours to confirm that my information had gone through and 2) neglected to let me know that we needed identification for the patient. Despite the fact that I paid out of pocket on the phone for the test, and the patient is in a different facility from where I am driving, we had no idea that a drivers license was required. So, fortunately, I had a photograph of the patients passport, which includes identifiers. I have no idea what a person who does not drive would bring with them, but at any rate my husband was coming in a facility and I was coming from another part of the valley. If I were running an office (I have taught customer service for medical assistants) the patient's family should be apprised of everything that's needed in the first introductory telephone call to vegas voice Institute. While I was in the office awaiting my husband's transport van, I was answering questions for the individual at the front desk.went to sit down and await the test. The individual at the front desk came back to me and asked the questions again, which I had just answered. There was no one else in the office, there was no extraneous noise, and I spoke clearly. I don't know why this consistently gets stuck in my craw that a person can be hired and not trained in professional handling of information or of listening. This was 9 o'clock in the morning and this was not 4:30 PM when one's brain could possibly be a little foggy. Two stars for customer service. Takeaway message: you get what you pay for in terms of a front office impression if you don't pay for someone who can handle basic information. The building is great and accessible, however the complex only has a ramp several stores up so be prepared to park further west in the parking lot if you are transporting someone in a chair. This is not a huge problem when the parking lot is empty as it is at 9 AM but later in the day, this could be helpful for you.

From the very beginning, we felt seen, heard, and respected. Lacee takes the time to really understand each child -- not just their challenges, but their strengths, personality, and what helps them feel safe and supported. That kind of care is rare. Our son also receives speech services here, and the level of care across both occupational therapy and speech has been amazing. The team works so well together, and it really shows in how supported our son feels. What truly stands out is that it's not just Lacee -- everyone in her office is amazing. Every single person we've interacted with has been kind, patient, and genuinely invested. It honestly feels like finding unicorns all in one place, which, as a parent, you know is almost impossible. Lacee's advocacy made a huge difference for us, especially during our IEP process. Lacee doesn't just work with your child in sessions -- she shows up for them when it matters most. She helped ensure our son's needs were clearly understood and taken seriously, bringing knowledge, calmness, and clarity to what can be a very overwhelming experience. Shortly after starting school, our son went into crisis -- he stopped eating and drinking and was hospitalized for a week. During one of the hardest moments our family has faced, Lacee showed up for him and for us. She offered support, guidance, and practical strategies that truly helped us get through it. That level of care and dedication is something we will never forget. The environment at Thrive Therapies is welcoming and sensory-friendly, which helped our son feel comfortable right away. We've seen meaningful progress, but even more importantly, our son feels safe and supported. There are a lot of therapy providers out there, but what Lacee and her team offer is something truly different. They show up, they listen, and they stand beside families when it matters most. For us, that made all the difference -- and it's something we will always be grateful for.

As well as my daughter for the past year and her coordination and emotional & social skills have grown and bloomed. Their team is amazing from Lucy at the front office to Sarah from their back office and all the Therapists for both Speech and OT. The best way to describe my experience as a parent here is that they truly see your child as a whole. You aren't another case file, it's not a one and done type thing, it's a process and their approach is one that really integrates for your child's whole being. They include you in your child's care. The owner Lacee is a wonderful and knowledgeable occupational therapist, her vision for the clinic is truly remarkable and one of a kind. Both my kids love coming to the clinic, even I as a parent enjoy it too! Thank you Thrive Team for being a huge part of my children's development. Your support from everyone on your team has felt like a breath of fresh air
