They can't get it together. If you go here, plan ahead, keep a close relationship with your insurance company to know what you "actually" owe and if copays change. The main office will just send you a bill due immediately with no explanation maybe a year or more later. Keep an ear out if your OT is leaving for a long planned absence as you will need to plan for the replacement. The main office doesn't think that far ahead. It doesn't do to bad for short absences. This place would be terrible if the location staff didn't go above and beyond to make up for the main office blunders. Technically, the main office gets 2, maybe 2.5 stars if you count that they send text/email reminders now. The OTs are fabulous. My daughter loved seeing them each appointment and so did the many other kids here. That's a big deal. 5 stars

It's not nice or professional to assume and cut off people when they are trying to communicate an issue with staff. This place has a high turnover rate and has problems internally. One of the person doing the schedule does it on how they feel not what is readily available. Her supervisor is best friends with her and will cover and sweep everything under the rug. The regional manager Michael Smith is rude and treats you like a number and not a person. You would think with a name of speak easy it would be easy to communicate but that is not the case. Have been a customer for years and it's sad to have seen all this people come and go and this place go down like it has.

We were checking in on my child's hours and we noticed staff were disappearing. We asked specifically IF WE HAD ANYTHING to worry about staffing wise or my Kiddo being there. He reassured us that we're fine and my kiddo will always have a place at PMind. Then 5/21/26 we received a phone call after my child's session kicking us to the curb. No notice. No valid reason.
