The service department lied and said that 3 parts failed and I would need to replace all at the cost of $2200. (Module, fuel pump and high pressure pump). Im mechanically inclined and didn't believe them. Well I'm glad I didn't, all I need to replace was the fuel pump which the part at their cost was $800+, I got it from a parts store for $300ish a replaced myself. Saved $1800 by not falling for their bs. They figured they had me by the b*lls since I was 600 miles away from home and tried to get me. Scammers. This is the type of service department that gives dealerships bad reputations. I was ready to pay for a pump, but to tell me it was both pumps and a module when infact it wasn't is disgusting and I feel bad for everyone who ever uses this service department as I fear they're all being hustled, even if it's for an extra $50. Run.

We fulfilled our contract, picked up and delivered the vehicles on time, and everything went smoothly at delivery with no complaints whatsoever. Yet, these dishonest people had the audacity to STOP the check without reason! We've done our part and provided quality service, only to be met with unprofessional, shady behavior on their end. This is a textbook case of theft, and we will be reporting them to the proper authorities. DO NOT engage with this company. They have shown they cannot be trusted and will try to cheat you. If you want an agent that is great at her job, NOT pushy and willing to do what she needs to for you by all means please ask and go see Brandi, she was hands down great and a solid 5 stars. Then why am I giving this review a 1 star review then you ask, well that would be because the owner/manager doesn't keep his words when you make a deal with him on the vehicle. Approximately 2 weeks ago my mother purchased a car from this dealership. She loved the car and what features it had except for one thing, the tint percentage that the car was in. For her it was just way too dark. I am talking drug cartel can't see the person on the inside let alone any car coming up on you from the outside dark. It might be the match for others but not for her. When my mother went to the car lot she told them straight out she doesn't like pushy agents and she knows exactly what she was looking for: A Ford explorer, close to her previous explorers age so 2015 or newer, 4x4, heated seats, towing, you know the common works for the newer cars. While working with Brandi there was a gentleman present with her that asked my mom what it would take to make the sale as they had cars to move around. My mom was very forward she said she likes the car but not the darkness of the tint so she would like that removed of the front. The manager/owner said no problem we can make that happen. This is where my 1 star review is going to come to surface. My mom put a deposit on the vehicle and they scheduled the car for the tint to be removed that Wednesday. We brought the car back Tuesday night for service Wednesday. When we dropped the car off she spoke with a couple different people letting them know that she really needs the tint off the front of the car but wouldn't mind it taken off the whole car. On Wednesday about 4/5 p.m. my mom received a call from Brandi telling her that her car was done, BUT they only took the tint of the windshield ONLY. My mom was explained that if they took the tint off of the all the windows Brandi would not have received her commission. That there was no profit in them taking the tint off of all the windows. When my mom arrived at the car lot, they told her they could take the rest of the tint of for $150, or she could remove it herself. Don't get me wrong my mom is a fully capable woman and as never allowed anything to stop her. This however really pisses me off. Hey Right Price Auto, my mom bought your car out right $14,000 flat with tax. No BANKS, NO LOANS, NO WAITING ON APPROVAL. You had the check the next day in hand when you provided her with the key, with your word that you were going to take the tint off of the front of the vehicle. Now I have talked to multiple car fanatics, car mechanics, tint specialist, questioning them on what they consider to be the front of the vehicle and remarkably each one told me the following: windshield, front driver side window, front passenger window, and if it applies the little quarter windows if it on that specific car model on the front. So why is it a different story at your dealership. Why give a hard-working woman you word that you could remove it for the cost that she was willing to pay only to back out and say there was no profit in it for you, let alone that it would threaten the commission of your sales agent. That is very shady if you ask me. I personally would not buy a car from this lot unless the things that I am wanting done for the specific/set price is in writing and signed by all involved. That way rightfully I can hold you to your end of the bargain, unfortunately in this case we did have to go else where to have someone remove tint and it is 100% better to be driving in the car now. Even your "mechanics" when the car was initially dropped off knew what car was brought by calling it the "drug/cartel car". I hope and pray the next person that buys a car from you that you do better for them and not go back on your word.

I get the vehicle home, and immediately call rpa and tell them I discovered it in fact, did not have third row. Sales researched if a third row could be added, but it can not. i was assured that if it couldnt be worked out, they would have to resend the deal by sales. I then didn't here from them for about 2 weeks. I attempt to return the vehicle after they reopened from a blizzard, only to be told by the manager Bo, that wasn't an option I had, they would have to put me in something different. they told me to walk the lot and look around. they also admitted, and I have video proof, that they were "dumb founded" When I told them it didn't have 3rd row. weeks of searching their lot online and in person goes by. I email bo, he tells me if I cannot find a replacement on the lot, they'd have to go to auction for me. I email back and ask how that all would work and never recieved a responce, nothing else. Each time I ask sales about a vehicle on the lot that may be a replacement, I'm given no info and told to keep looking online for the info on new cars to get into their system, never once a followup on info for a vehicle I requested. I decided to hire an attorney. The contract contains an arbitration clause, so went filed for arbitration. The owner broke his own arbitration clause by not following thru with the arbitration. I did what the contract told me to do, as far as filing arbitration, but the owner adam didn't respond back to it, thus not allowing it to be settled per his own contract. months later i have him served, which took almost a month, because he was dipping and dodging so he again has 30 days to respond. he waits until the last day to get an attorney, and we have to give him and his attorney time to get caught up. so now they say they don't want to go to court and want to settle, but it's been a month and my attorney cannot get in touch with his. This owner and company have ZERO credibility and ethic. credit acceptance, who they finance thru, isn't allowed to do business in new York due to practicing predatory lending, but rpa has no issue with them being in TN. Adam and his company made this mistake, and have done everything possible, blatantly, to bury it and just put me off and delay every single instance he was able, and still is to this day. His actions track along side his ethics, and shows in his behaviors still. it has been over a year, and my attorney has only been able to speak with a Rpa one time, thru an attorney. if you want to make it right Adam, now is the time. I'm prepared to see this thru every step you want to delay and drag it thru, however I will continue to post appropriate reviews and reminders where ever I see it beneficial to do so. Be VERY VERY careful when dealing with this auto dealer. they do not honor their word, their own contracts, or return customers.
