We chose H&J based not only on price, but reputation. The job started quickly, and despite adverse weather conditions, was finished when promised. We have dogs and they were unbelievably cooperative when the dogs needed to go out. They constantly confirmed gates were closed and the yard was secure. End result? The roof is BEAUTIFUL and properly done. I have been in building maintenance and management for 30 years and have overseen multi-million dollar roof projects. I started not knowing exactly what I wanted- they choices are crazy and so hard to know what would work good with what- and the cost of different materials impacted our decisions, too. The designer and staff could not have been nicer- so patient and accommodating. The installers were also amazing- My husband is extremely picky and notices everything and couldn't find a flaw in the install. The hardest part of all this was being without a kitchen for 4 weeks. Front Row took care of everything. It went off without a glitch. Our kitchen is our favorite room in the house! I highly recommend them.

The CertainTeed website referred me to White Home Products, and Dan White contacted me almost immediately. As a first-time renovator, I had a lot of questions. I was upfront with Dan that our builder would likely perform the installation, so there was a good chance White Home Products would not make a sale. Despite that, Dan generously spent time with me, answered my questions, and provided thoughtful, unbiased advice on siding options and materials. It's easy to be helpful when a sale is likely. What impressed me was that Dan was just as helpful when he knew there probably wasn't one. His professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to share his expertise made a big difference in helping me make informed decisions. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan and White Home Products to anyone considering exterior renovation products. Great knowledgeable advice.
