There are no issues with the goods on sale and the shop is quiet smart. There is a shared car park at the rear. The only criticism is over some of the staff. On a good day the staff are great and really helpful on a bad day they are rude, aloof and condescending. A good example, today a Thursday in December 2011 my partner collects a prescription and the system is to pay at another till. After waiting for a good while a lady challenges her and says we're closed Well I'm the customer and I want to pay for these well the tills are off so we cant thankfully we were rescued by less-aloof member of staff who apologies for the previous member of staff. Several people have mentioned similar experiences, so with that in mind only 3 stars this time.

This branch is very small and feels crowded, but it's well laid out and it has everything you might need. The staff when I last went in were very helpful - I was looking for cold medication without caffeine and they knew exactly what I was talking about and helped me check that I'd selected the right thing. The prices are reasonable but the same products are often a few pence cheaper in supermarkets and Boots. This branch suffers from having a post office in the back corner. It makes it busy, difficult to navigate around, and messy in the area where people have been queuing.

But it also happens to be a wet shavers emporium. With a fantastic selection of soaps, creams and brushes for London gentlemen to meet their shaving needs. It also sells the best lip balm, second to none. It's my wife favourite. This unassuming yet marvelous business sells its wears all over the world and in some of the finest stores.
