If you're seeing this review or location you're probably already familiar. Maybe you love the First Watch modding meditation juice. Maybe you get crafty at Michael's. Maybe you're curious what exists adjacent from the nearby Costco? Or maybe you just look for listings for anything local on Yelp like I do. Lots of parking here. Almost too much per each business really. It'll get tough the closer you are to the business depending on popularity but that can be said for anywhere. Lots of people roll quickly through the area so watch your blind spots! I think they'll add more stores in here as business returns and Covid restrictions lessen. Most of the stores here have been around for a good while though so it's already a good location. Something for everyone from shopping to food and hobbies.

Belmar is one of the most romantic parts of Denver that anyone can ever find. Their scenery is a…read morelot more nicer than the trashy tourist streets of downtown Denver, a city that once had its fellow charm, but corrupted from negligence of homeless people and marijuana. Or even, most comparable to the shopping centers of Cherry Creek. However Belmar is a go to place, better than the shopping experience of Northfield Stapleton. I personally felt more of a connection with Belmar than anything else. The lights of Belmar are gorgeous, romantic (I can't emphasize that enough) and witty. They have lots of streets of fine boutiques, restaurants, bars and a bowling alley. Belmar also carries an ice rink where couples and families can go and enjoy a miniature icy adventure. It makes a total hot spot for a date idea. There's Wasabi Sushi nearby, but the wait is creamy. There is also the Lucky Strikes Lanes, where you can have a grand ol' time. Belmar is amazing and a luxurious experience that you can't miss! Especially coming to Colorado, that's one spot you must see!

Attending the Holiday Bazaar has become an annual holiday event that cannot be missed. Belmar has over 80 vendors ranging from chefs, jewelers, vintners, artisans and creative entrepreneurs all situated *indoors*. The venue is vast and festive. Be sure to grab a shop and sip ticket ($35) and be rewarded with fun libations, a shopping bag and swag to boot. Heirloom Baking was on hand for a cookie workshop ($20), several food trucks were available for grab and go yummies and THE RINK was open for post shopping ice skating fun. The Holiday Bazaar is always a fantastic evening for date night, family adventure or GNO!

Pizza (Papa John's), sushi, a bar (Bout Time Pub and Grub), and a breakfast spot are adjacent. They also have a Burger King and a Taco Bell. A Chase Bank, a gym, Big Lots, a massage place, a 7-11, a liquor store, King Soopers also with a gas station, and J's Cafe (Chinese) rounds out the area. Basically one big parking lot with several stores around the outside perimeter. No real lanes or arrows in or out so watch where you park and drive. Some people will drive 35 through the parking lot so that's something to be careful of. Otherwise it's like any other strip mall in the area.

Two blocks on Olde Wadsworth Boulevard and one block on Grandview Avenue are a pedestrian mall, but the district extends for over eight square blocks. The area is very walkable. Several large, peripheral parking lots are provided in addition to street parking. A major transit hub is at the south end of the property. Olde Town Square is right in the middle and McIlvoy Park borders the east side. The Arvada Farmers' Market operates Sunday mornings from June to September. This is a pleasant area to walk. There are over 30 food & drink establishments, multiple beauty and wellness salons, various service businesses, and over 20 boutiques and other shops. My favorite is the amazing Rheinlander Bakery, but there are lots of other choices. A nice change from mall culture.

Service businesses provide hair care, physical therapy, real estate, promotional products, alterations, dentistry, nail care, tanning, spa services, fitness, and vision care.
