I had a Groupon for a treatment, but unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. Irina refused to treat me because I had filler in my face, even though it wasn't in the area I wanted her to inject. Throughout the visit, she repeatedly mentioned that the Groupon price was "just a gift" to the customer, which struck me as odd since I'm familiar with Groupon and know how it works. Irina's tone was rude and abrasive, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. She then called Bobby-the manager to confirm that I wouldn't be treated that day, suggesting I come back when I no longer had fillers in my face. The manager offered me a "rain check" to return in a few months. While I understand that the provider has a right to refuse treatment, and I appreciated the offer, the overall experience left me feeling uneasy, and in the end, I decided not to return. The energy of the place didn't feel right, and given the many other options available, I believe there are better places where customers are treated with more respect and professionalism. It's always better to go to places where you feel valued and comfortable!

I felt very relaxed heading out to my car and should really partake in massages more often. She had a few good pressure points beneath the skull that really alleviated some tension and the time she spent on my calf muscles really helped with the leg tension I have been having from working 8 plus hours sitting at a desk. The reason for the two star deduction - I bought a groupon for the sixty minute massage and at checkout also purchased a gift of one, two massages at $110.00 or so total, not bad. When I went to the receptionist after the massage and wanted to set up my second massage they said the gift can not be used for yourself. It honestly felt like they were rushing me out the door and weren't even interested in securing repeat business. The receptionist went on to say it reads limit one per customer.....hey I am not going to argue my way into a massage that I already paid for not worth the stress espescially after a massage but right on the fine print it reads, "Can only be redeemed by yourself. Well, which is it... a gift to be used for someone else or to be redeemed/used by youself? The place missed out on $55.00 either way as I already received my partial credit back from groupon and will not be returning. If you come here I am sure you may have a nice massage but why bother giving them your business when the owner was right behind the receptionist and didn't say two words during this entire transaction. (If you ask me they are trying to draw in new business with the gift purchases but I am pretty sure I am not the first person they rubbed the wrong way in hindsight pun intended) Do yourself a favor and go to any other massage location.
