Despite material shortages and extremely high demand for work due to the deracho, they got the materials and got to work as soon as they were able. The roofing and siding were both executed well, with great attention to detail. The general contractor did a great job keeping us informed on delays due to materials, and selected subs that were both professional and great at their trades. The siding contractor partnered with us for each step when there were options on methods. The crews did a good job of cleaning up after the work, and the house looks great. SuperStorm also worked with my insurance company to ensure every penny needed to cover a correct restoration was accounted for, and handled the job effortlessly for us. Ryan was always back to me within 24 hours of any call or concern, despite having a record number of homes needing repair in the area. Most of the time within an hour. I know he was juggling at least a dozen other homes in my neighborhood at the same time, and helped me feel like we were his only client when he was working with us directly. I am very picky when it comes to how repairs are completed on my home. They did an awesome job on my shingles, the drip edge and ice dam underlayment was done well. The siding, trim, and edging were masterfully done, and my 130 year old house looks brand new again, thanks to Ryan and his team of sub contractors.

Paid in full upfront. 3 weeks later it arrived. Looks great. However, I was delivered an 11x16 shed. Contacted the business and (in a polite tone) explained the discrepancy. The business claimed the shed dimensions are measured from the eve of the roof. Explained that before purchasing the shed I had been shown another 12x16 shed on the lot and had measured it to verify that it was in fact 12x16. The business, rather than be of any assistance, invited me out to measure any shed I want to (sarcastically inferring that I was a liar). If this is how you treat client's that have paid in full, this is the last business you will receive from me.

She told me that they were busy and that the guy was on vacation and would get a bid to me when he got back in early August. It's now late August and I haven't heard a peep. I understand being busy, but the response to a customer you turn out not to have time for is not "you can **** yourself and wait till whenever", it's "Hi, I'm very sorry, we don't have time to get this done in any reasonable timeframe, but here's someone else I recommend and he's expecting your call. Sorry to have inconvenienced you." Yep. Not a fan.
