They came and took a couple stabs at fixing but when it rains it still leaks, same if there is snow accumulation. I sent a video said he would come fix it don't worry, he didn't and now won't answer his phone for me or his text. I'm not sure why he can't have a conversation if he don't plan to fix it just tell me why. As it stands I guess I'll have to get an alternative company to fix it and take them to court for reimbursement. With spring upon us I thought you should be warned or informed about this. I even told him if he needed to charge and he shouldn't we could discuss that as well, still no response.

Everything was done. Jackhammering, fixed the pipe, back filled the concrete, and had it fixed quickly! We are back to normal - except we will be replacing our floor after Christmas. Luckily, we had a rug that was big enough.
