We replaced 900 sq feet of flooring. (Entire main level) we couldn't be happier with the flooring and the entire process. Worst home improvement experience! I purchased flooring with L & L and used their subcontractors. The installers left scuff marks all over my walls up to 3 ft high which I am not sure how that even happens with flooring. Walls were all painted prior to floor install and in pristine condition. During install an installer drove a nail through a hot water pipe. We did not realize this happened until 5 hours later when entering our flooded basement. Installer called owner and went back to laying floor. Owner stated Plumber would come out next day so we spent about 18 hours without water to our home. Installers offered no assistance in clean up. We spent 5 hours that night with carpet cleaner and shop vac removing water. The next day "their" plumber stated pipe was too close to flooring so they are not liable but could not cite code for our reference. Clean up costs $1565 for water. Unsure on cost of paint currently. Owner was inconsiderate on phone. Would not provide me with her business name (the are sub contractor through L & L flooring) or insurance policy information for me to give to my insurer. And they charge us $3677.37 (full price) of install. Installers stayed until 10pm after we asked at 9 they finish. Our kids need sleep. They said its a 2 hour drive and they don't want to come back. The never asked as to work late. Job was scheduled for 3 days. Owner was aware of them working late. Left are door open all night as they worked so downstairs was filled with bugs by 10pm. Absolute disaster. L & L flooring is aware of issues with company and equally responsible. They should ditch this company or also be responsible. They must have learned nothing from their first class action lawsuit. read more

Patient workers here. Small store but has everything on display that you would ever imagine! Personally help, unlike other big companies. They could and will walk through the whole process. With such a big decision its nice to have someone hold your hand if you need it. And the price is pretty great too! read more

Staff is knowledgeable and does not get a commission... unfortunately they are just as in the dark as the customer when it comes to delivery expectations. You can order in store or online and you will have the same problem. They can not tell you when your order will arrive. We are still waiting for 1 piece of transition molding... 2.5 months later! All together we are right at the $4,000 level... kitchen, dinning room, living room, hall, transition moldings, T-moldings, 2nd floor, stair bull nose, and even a butcher block counter top! Butcher Block counter tops are shipped once a month... and even if you call in to the central corporate customer service... they can only tell you when the next OPEN shipment will be... not if your order will be on any of the monthly shipments that are full. We were VERY lucky that we ordered the 12 ft walnut and did not need 2 feet... it turns out that the manufacturer brands the block with their name on the front edge! The bamboo click flooring was very easy to install... there was no waste... we returned all the full boxes... a little more than 10% of each variety. BUT ordering the molding has been painful... who wants to place protectors over the open tongues waiting for months on end for the transition pieces? Butcher Block is barely a DIY item... do not order if you do not feel comfortable with advanced putty and planing. read more

After reading some of the negative reviews, I decided to go to their store in Canton to get a feel for the place and make up my mind as to whether or not to buy flooring from them. After viewing their floor samples and talking with several of the men behind the counter, I decided to take the chance and ordered a room floor of Bellawood, a prefinished 3/4 inch thick wood flooring. I also set up a meeting with an installer and was told it cost $25.00 for the estimate which was very reasonable. A date was set to install and my wife and I had to live like gypsies while our bedroom furniture was moved into our living room. Eighteen hours before the install time I received a text that the installer was not able to make it as another job was taking longer than expected. I immediately called another installer and he was able to do the job and did it perfectly. I then called Lumber Liquidators and told them I had replaced the first installer and wanted the install charge refunded. They said that was not a problem. After calling the Canton store today to verify the deleted sum on my bill, I was told it was done and yes I could return the one unopened carton of Bellawood to their store for credit. So, all in all, I have been perfectly happy with my experience with Lumber Liquidators and the men who work their have been extremely friendly and helpful. We bought Bellawood Bronze Ultra-Strand Bamboo from this store. This Bellawood Bronze Ultra-Strand Bamboo is not what you think it is. While it is true that is a solid hardwood, the grain pattern is printed on the surface like a cheap laminate. Perhaps some would not find a problem with that, most I'm sure would expect the beauty of a natural bamboo finish, especially at a premium price, not some printed pattern like a cheap $.69 laminate. The printing is of such poor quality and noticeable, the "grain" repeats itself precisely every 47 1/4". I returned this fake to this store and got "whacked" with a 20% restock. Really? The store manager refused to look at my "evidence" and discounted the fact that is was printed, stating no Bellawood product is printed. Even discounting the fact that the "grain" repeats itself with exacting detail. It would be impossible in nature take a clump of grass (bamboo is a grass), glue it together, then saw it into planks and have the same exact pattern on every board in every carton. Funny how the display sample and the take home sample are not "fake" and printed. Classic case of bait and switch. What a joke. If you have this junk in your house, break out your tape measure and loupe and take a look for yourself. **Disclaimer: I have been in the printing industry for over 20 years. We purchased vinyl flooring for a 12x20 room that we had added on to our house. We explained the type of room we had and they provided the flooring, molding, transitions, and everything we needed. They came out and measured it 3 times and then REFUSED TO INSTALL IT!!! Since it was over an outdoor area, they said they could not guarantee the work. They knew it was over an outdoor area when they sold us the flooring and they did not hesitate to take our money. We told them we don't care if you guarantee it or not, we just want to have it installed. And, they still REFUSED TO INSTALL IT! Fuming, burning mad at these people! I would not recommend this company to anyone ever. We will be contacting the Ohio Attorney General's Fraud Division about this company because they should not be in business. read more

Very rough people...not friendly at all. Asked a question about a quality concern and they shut down immediately, only saying, "here's our customer service number, call them." Repeated it several times, did not want to talk about it at all. Then, come to find out, the product we bought did have quality issues. In fact, it was featured on 60 Minutes for fraud. I hope they go bankrupt soon...their morals are already there. read more

This place is a joke! A customer can only hear "we get another truck in tomorrow" before they get upset. I wouldnt be upset if they hadnt called me on a Wednesday and said, "They will be in friday" and yet i still get the same responce, "we get another truck tomorrow" I havent gotten them yet and that wouldnt have bothered me one bit if i wasnt told otherwise. Never order from this store, make sure things are in stock. read more
