These people have no shame and are absolutely unbelievable. I complained about the high handling cost because I was charged a high cost for packaging. I even sent them photos of the used box and wrapping they originally used to ship my item, yet they claimed that this was not the packaging they shipped it in. Then, one of their team members contacted me and accused me of lying. She kept talking about packaging for some kind of fragile valve, but I never purchased a valve from them. It is completely unrelated to my order. This whole situation is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my actual complaint, they accused me of lying and provided an explanation that has nothing to do with the item I purchased. read more

I buy from them frequently, and whenever I try to pick something up, they are very unorganized. Sometimes it can take as much as fifteen to thirty minutes to find my items, and I don't buy out the place either! I usually only have a couple of things a week at the maximum. I bought an item no one is ever there I tried multiple times to pick it up and call. Their pick up period is so ridiculously small that if you win you better be there the next morning. They resold my item in under 30 days and let the money. I stopped by there twice no one is ever there they don't keep regular office hours or answer the phone. Their voice mail is always full so you can't leave a message or talk to anyone. They illegally sell the same items over and over because they make it near impossible to pick up your item. This is the third thing I have bought from them this one they sold again. So quick to steal or sell junk. They hav misleading pictures on their site. I bought a violin they said was in good shape pics looked good. When I showed it was in pieces. Don't waste your time with these scam artists read more

They sold me a fake bracelet and wouldn't provide a refund. False advertising and completely dishonest.

I recently won a lot from their auction, and in the summary, they said the box of baseball cards were not sealed. However, every one of the packs had been cut open at the top, and the cards were obviously gone through, and the best players were picked out. When I politely asked for a refund, they said they would not do anything because in their write up, they said the box was not sealed. However, know where did it say the PACKS were not sealed. Do yourself a massive favor and stay far far away from this auction house. read more

Anything breakable that I've purchased at this auction has always arrived BROKEN. They do not adhere to the auction shipping standard of 2" of insulation around each item. My antique or pottery pieces only had a piece of crumpled up newspaper in the box. Of course there was absolutely zero redress. I started sending the broken items back just to prove it... still crickets. It's been a couple of years since I've done business with these people. So why write now? I actually stumbled across this page looking to place a great review for another Texas auction house. When it comes to this outfit, it's best to view all items in person because you can't go by their description and NEVER have anything breakable shipped to you.
