Within minutes Miguel had me set up with an appointment for my next day off which was on a Monday I ended up getting to take the day ff on Saturday texted him and asked could I come in and he immediately got me in and we got started. he was very professional very friendly and funny and he was definitely the right salesman for me good customer service all the way around. And the people he was working with his team they were all equally as great. not only will I never go anywhere else but I'm sending my son there so he can refinance and my brother as well and whoever else I can send. My original lendor who I was persistent on staying with was going to charge me outrageous interest they were able to get another company to pay my car off with less interest! and to my surprise my insurance did not go up it went down $.50 on a 2016 car!     Bringing our car to Keystone Chevrolet for service was a bigger mistake than buying a GM product to…read morebegin with. From minsdiagnosises, to the snarky and seeming dishonesty of the service advisor, the lack of urgency to repair and apathy to our situation, the entire experience was a disaster from day one to the month and a week it took to complete the repair. To give credit where it's due: when I finally spoke with the General Manager he called the service manager and made them finish our repair. But we were already five weeks in by that point. I even stated they would never have to see me again, to which the manager didn't respond and didn't seem to care whether or not he retained our business. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle there, I was looking for a dealership that is close to home for maintenance, service, and future purchases. I will definitely be looking for a different dealership and/or vehicle brand going forward. Dealerships with service department experiences like this are a big negative for car manufacturers. I have never felt less valued as a customer, it was very eye opening.
