From minsdiagnosises, to the snarky and seeming dishonesty of the service advisor, the lack of urgency to repair and apathy to our situation, the entire experience was a disaster from day one to the month and a week it took to complete the repair. To give credit where it's due: when I finally spoke with the General Manager he called the service manager and made them finish our repair. But we were already five weeks in by that point. I even stated they would never have to see me again, to which the manager didn't respond and didn't seem to care whether or not he retained our business. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle there, I was looking for a dealership that is close to home for maintenance, service, and future purchases. I will definitely be looking for a different dealership and/or vehicle brand going forward. Dealerships with service department experiences like this are a big negative for car manufacturers. I have never felt less valued as a customer, it was very eye opening.

I took a family members truck in to have a tire fix. I was informed that they were super busy and…read morethat the wait would be long. No problem, I had time. He asked if there were any problems beyond the tire and I told him that the only other major issue was the brakes. They've been needing to get fixed but had to do the tire first. He said that was fine, it wouldn't be a problem. Two hours go by and I haven't heard anything. It's getting close to seven and I know that's when they close. I've worked in customer service and I know no one likes to stay late. So I called and asked if I would need to come pick it up since they were about to close. I was completely willing and ready to come pick it up. Tech assured me that no, it would absolutely be fixed today and that they stay until 8 anyways. I get a call back thirty minutes later that due to the brakes being bad, they will not work on the vehicle. I decided to just go take the tire off the car, which is still in their lot, and bring it to their garage which is only 15 feet away to fix. I drive to Walmart, go in and ask if I bring them the tire will they fix it? "No" was what the worker told me. Even though I had given them an opportunity to get out of fixing it and had told them the brakes were bad. I told him that they had promised to fix it and he just said it was out of his control since they were so busy today. I've worked in customer service before for five years. I have never once written a bad review even if it's deserved. I was just a girl trying to help out a family member and got misled.
