If one wants a disposeable trailer, go buy from the Big Box Stores or one of the bulk sale trailer locations online. Then try to get your disposeable trailer serviced by them. You get what you pay for at Schwartz's and Sur-Trac or any other brand of their trailers will outlive any other trailer on the market. Keep up the great work Mr. Brent and Miss Leslie. There was water under the bathroom sink and on the bedroom floor so we knew we couldn't drive on. Finally I called Braun's because they carry Lance trailers. They said they were backed up but bring it in. We dropped it off as they were closing on Saturday and they had fixed the problem by noon on Monday. (We feared we be living with a water bucket on the trip or have to leave it at the Braun's and pick it up on the way back!) I can't say enough about the concern and service provided by the manager Mike and the technician. They were amazing and salvaged our trip to see our grandson. It was…read moresleeting and New Year's Eve so we really thought it was going to be a long wait, especially since my boyfriend's last tow took three days (when he used somebody else). I have to do a shout out to progressive as well. It's my insurance company and they literally took care of everything from beginning to end and made sure I was safe. Also a shout out to the lady who let me park in front of her house until I figured out what to do. This RRT driver was so nice. We were not out there when he got there. We were scoping places to take it to which we eventually took it to Pike Collision, which is the best mechanic in town and how nice it was that big Harry let us pull the tow truck in there and leave my truck on a holiday weekend at night but this review is about the rescue from Rescue Towing and Recovery so back to that. So the tow truck company had said it would be like 115 minutes to 170 minutes before they got there so we left for a little bit to take care of stuff and when we got down the road it seemed like the guy was already there. He literally was there in seven minutes flat. But no problem he said just give us a verbal that we can do this and not be responsible for any damage and we could take it without the key. We then met him at Pike Collision Center and and signed all the paperwork. As you can tell from the pictures, it was a dark and stormy night, but really really cold. I'm sure they had a busy night and I'm so thankful for their dedication and hard work.
