I was embarrassed to even turn them on. If I wanted janky lights I would've just put them up myself. Lesson learned.

I send a text with pictures to the owner and they replied back "ok" with no "I'm sorry", no "we'll replace it" or anything close to a resolution. Completely and I mean completely unprofessional. I wouldn't hire this fly by night make shift company even if they were the last lawn mowing company around. They likely don't have insurance and hire illegal immigrants to mow and destroy personal property. Steer clear of this makeshift wanna be landscape company. There's a reason their mowing lawns and not doing actual landscaping projects, they don't have a CLUE what they're doing and simply have no regard for anyone other than themselves.

I asked Brandon S. at BGL to come by and take a look and he came the next morning to review my problems and give me an estimate. After agreeing on a price and work to be done, they came by a few weeks later to do the job. They stripped the current beds and replaced the debris with pretty black mulch and edged them up nicely. I also had a large tree in my backyard that was overgrown and hanging over my patio/roof and neighbor's fence. They did an amazing job trimming it up while keeping it balanced. I now get more sunlight through my sliding doors! Then they cleaned up and hauled away all the crap they had to remove from my property. They came around 830a and was all done by 130p.
