Opened on Friday, and already tip top!…read more I always love ceviches to begin with, but this place was amazing. I asked what the difference between ceviche and aguachiles was, got that aguachiles are spicier. Sure. I asked to go light on the spice and got the red version (you can choose your peppers). I also requested a mix of the octopus (pulpo) and fish (pescado) with more lime and no cilantro - and what a great decision! The citric flavors explode in your mouth with just the right amount of spices and salt. And the chips they use are so delicious even by themselves. The staff is also super nice, friendly, and attentive. I saw chapulines (crickets) by the cashier and asked if I could try one - then was quickly chickening out - but they all encouraged me to try ("It's now or never!") so I did - and I have to say, surprisingly good! The upstairs deck lends you a breezy view to the marketplace while you sip the agua del día (watermelon for me) or beer of your choice. Such a perfect reprieve. I want to go back and get more dishes!

There's inside and outside seating. Many beggars were present at the time so we opted for the inside near the door. It was around 18H00 and a nice breeze would greet us from time to time. Menu is a QR code and the menu is limited but the quality is out of this world. Menu had pizzas, pastas, some fresh fish dishes, and a nice handful amount of drinks. We started off slow since we didn't want to over order and glad we did. The staff that attended us was patient and happy to let us know about the details of the plates. We got the cherry salad. We split the salad into two portions and it was very nice. The vinaigrette was very tasty and not overpowering complimenting the rest of the salad. The apples were really nice and crunchy. We ordered the Paul McCarne and the 4 cheese. We were told we could split a pizza I half (I believe you just pay for the highest price). The Paul McCarne was full of meat, it's very heavy so be prepared for that. The four cheese was simple yet so good. The dough is flaky and thin enough to enjoy a nice brick oven pizza. You can see the oven from the front, full of flames and whatnot. For drinks I got the lemonade. Nice fresh and cold. And my partner got a sangria, which was fabulous, not too strong and very cold. I enjoyed my little dinner, totally recommend for a relax night of not worrying about anything as you enjoy life and food.

The bar tenders were awesome, knowledgeable and excited about their jobs. We asked about their favorite Mezcales and our bartender had us try a few different options.
