I even got a complimentary emery board to help me remove my own shellac nails at home (the nail tech found it quite funny how I tried to remove the gel polish at home and failed) ! Overall I would recommend this place for anyone who wants something simple and quick. I went early in the morning on Friday and there were lots of nail techs available. My overalls mani cost me $35 (removed old gel polish and shellac set). They offer other services but I just stick to their mani and pedi :)

This was cheaper than my usually spots so I was very happy about that! Service: Andy did my manicure and Julia? did my pedicure. No complaints about my mani. Andy was patient especially when I switched up my colour choice on him a few times! My pedicure was a tad painful but that could be because my skin was dry / I hadn't had a pedi in a while. It felt like pinching when my cuticles were being cut so it was a bit unpleasant but she did an AMAZING paint job on my toe nails. Hands down one of the best pedicures, aesthetically. When I got there, She was EXTREAMLY rude, wouldn't listen to what I had to say, she kept on making me to repeat myself OVER AND OVER and she started talking shit in her language with Rose and wanted to charge me another $15.00 to just shorted the nails, she was frustrated and REALLY wanted to make some MORE MONEY just to simply shorten it. He acknowledged what I said and started buffing down my nails. It didn't hit me that he thinned out my natural nails too much until after he applied the biogel and had me put my fingers under the lamp to let it cure. Now I feel like I have pretty high pain tolerance but from previous experience, I don't think my fingers nails are supposed to hurt, none the less feel like they're ON FIRE under the lamp. It was so unbearable I pulled my hand out multiple times and asked him whether it's normal, that my finger tips felt like they were burning. He said that "it's normal" and that "the burning feeling goes away after 5 seconds.. ". That should have been a red flag for me but I didn't say anything, I sucked it up and let him carry on. I mean, end product, my left hand's nails are unevenly set, they're extremely thick, some of the nails are shaped oddly, and it's not something I can fix because of the thickness of the gel. (I mentioned all of this before I left the nail salon, he told me that there's nothing he could do.) Considering the price, and pain, I feel like the least he could have done was fix the shape for me. To the man who did my nails, the airbrush tips look good but I really don't believe that burning feeling is normal. Getting your nails done should not hurt.
