He checked my gun over to make sure it was in good shape. I was gonna go and get a cable lock. The kind that you put in the trigger or where you rack the gun so it can't be racked. Andrew checked my Gun over to make sure it was ready to shoot. Should I need to. It was I'm not ready just yet to load it and keep it next to the bed. I used to worry if one of my cat pulled the trigger. They might kill me that could never happen even if the gun is loaded their little paws would have to be able to rack the shotgun. I've never heard of a cat being able to wrap a shotgun. I don't need a lock. Just to keep it right under the bed loaded so if someone is breaking in, I have protection if you need a gun come here. They also have a shooting range where you can rent a gun and shoot in the range and I'd like to do that. I did it once at another range. I felt like I was so stupid because I pulled the trigger and nothing happened. The range officer came over and he said you have the safety on. I said no it's not red. He said red means ready. I shot at the Target 21 shells and they gave me the Target back and it was worse than Swiss cheese. I did feel very manly after shooting. The next time I shoot, I'm coming here. I want to rent a powerful rifle and see how good my shooting skills are. My shotgun is for protection not for Target practice if I want Target practice I'll buy a rifle here.

I have a permanent protection order against a man and I feel comfortable going into this store. He doesn't talk down to me. He has always been helpful to me when I go in. A retired captain with the Pasco County Sheriff's office told me to go here. Yes this is the place to go. It does help if you have a Florida Concealed Weapons permit if you want to take the firearm with you that same day. I'm glad I renewed mine. Background check usually takes 10 minutes or so. They were nice to me. They were very helpful. I think his name is Mike. He showed me where to sign in and told me their process. He made it easy for me to understand lol Then I had issues with my new firearm and asked him for help. The three men and the lady who work there were very helpful. I could go to Reload in Tarpon Springs which is more modern but they make you jump through hoops now for pistols after the suicide incident in 2016. I usually go to Shooting Sports in Tampa but they have become very crowded/busy in the last few years which is a good thing. I like Firing Line. You sign in, pay, go in. They do watch you and others while you're on the range. I plan to return again.

We are extremely disappointed and shocked by the treatment our service dog and us received during…read moreour most recent visit. We have been to this facility multiple times in the past with absolutely no issues. In fact, the gentleman at the counter has always had zero issues with our dog every single time we have visited. However, during this latest visit, the owners deliberately kicked us out of the building, despite our dog being a fully trained service animal.Our dog was perfectly behaved, wearing proper eye shields and hearing protection headphones, and was simply laying down minding his own business on the line. Ironically, their own website proudly features a dog wearing headphones and glasses, yet they refused to allow a trained service dog wearing the exact same protective gear to remain in the building.Denying entry and removing a legitimate, tasking service dog is a direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and is incredibly discriminatory. To be targeted and forced to leave after multiple hassle-free visits is completely unacceptable. We hope management takes the time to properly educate themselves on federal ADA regulations regarding service animals to ensure no other patron is subjected to this unlawful and degrading experience. We will not be returning unless this matter is resolved.

I recently had the most shocking and extremely unprofessional experience with, Rachel, the girl…read morerunning this store. We went in to order prints on Sept 4th and initially she was very helpful. We had to return the next week to bring back a print for the order. We were unfamiliar with the staff and the stores owner, so we had no idea that the owner had passed away. I went in on the 17th to speak to Rachel regarding my order. She was immediately offensive and asked me if I wanted a refund. She proceeded to tell me that she had not worked on my order because she was writing an obituary for a woman who had been "like an aunt "to her. I attempted to empathize with her, telling her that I had written the obituary for my sister. She again said that she was grieving and insinuated that I didn't understand. I tried to empathize telling her that my husband had lost his 2 brothers to COVID just 10 days apart. I literally had tears and she just stood there, stone faced and angry. The store remained open, and each time I had been in, other customers had come and gone, placing orders and picking them up. I had no reason to think that the business was not operating in its normal manner. If the girl was unable to complete my order under the circumstances, she should have acted professionally, stating that due to the death of the owner my order could not be completely in the foreseeable future and then offering me a refund if necessary. But that's not how she handled it. When I finally picked up my order on the 30th there were only 2 people in the store, Rachel and one other employee. She told me that my husband and I had been rude to "every member of HER staff" and as the "manager of the store" she said told me to leave and take my business elsewhere. This was a complete shock because we hadn't been rude to anyone; much less did we have the opportunity to even speak to EVERY MEMBER OF HER STAFF. I attempted to tell her that we had already changed printing services, but before I could get a word out, she started screaming profanities at the top of her lungs, saying...SHE F*ING DIED...and SHE WAS F*ING DYING... I was so shocked that this girl who poses as a business professional, the lead graphic designer, was acting in such a completely unprofessional way, screaming and using abusive language that I just stood there, shaking my head. She threatened to call the sheriff and have me trespassed if I didn't leave. As I was leaving she screamed that if we wanted corporate printing GO TO F*ING STAPLES As I was leaving I told her that I had read the posts on Facebook about how they were going to continue with the customer service that Jennie showed over the years. She screamed at me saying THAT'S RIGHT AND IF SHE WERE HERE SHE'D TELL YOU TO GET THE F OUT TOO! I've looked at the reviews, and somehow I doubt that's true. From big foot to fish to zebras to an alligator I never got to see because the area was so over grown to taxidermy to quirky tour guides to a whole Christmas themed room. Definitely something unique. All that said, the place is huge and there is so much to see and take in. We spent about 1.5 hours there and had a good time just looking at everything and laughing at a lot. Place could definitely use a lot of upkeep. Several animal stalls were very over grown and I bet that affects the animals. That said I did get access to all the animals I wanted to see and they all looked healthy. You even get a baggy of food to feed them. The horse is such a demanding sweetheart. You can tell it is family owned, a quirky family, and they enjoy the business. It is kinda in the middle of nowhere in farm land and just pops up so follow that GPS. Ample parking and easy access. Bring your camera. This is a fun time, just don't take it serious, especially when you take a picture with Sasquatch.
