Within just a couple of days after 2 sessions, my back pain has significantly improved, and over time my sciatica has gotten much better as well. Bowen Therapy has not only helped my physical pain, but it's also had a positive impact on my mental health. I always leave feeling more relaxed, balanced, and rejuvenated. Cindy is truly exceptional at what she does. Her space is calm, welcoming, and clearly designed with care so you can fully relax and heal. You can tell she puts a lot of thought into creating a peaceful environment for her clients. I highly recommend Cindy and Bowen Therapy to anyone dealing with pain, stress, or looking to improve their overall well-being.

We live in Sun City and look forward to our couples Bowen Therapy sessions every two weeks. I've noticed that Bowen Therapy is helping with my sleep, and I believe it's helping with my anxiety. We both find the sessions deeply relaxing--sometimes we joke that we've been snoring! Tom is a Vietnam veteran, and helicopter sounds used to frighten him. During a Bowen session, he heard loud helicopters overhead and realized they weren't bothering him. He says that has continued since then. On a recent flight home, he also noticed that he didn't experience his usual nervousness or fear. There has also been an improvement in ankle flexibility. An ankle that had been stiff, with metal hardware from surgery, now feels much more flexible. Cindy explained that Bowen can work with the surrounding tissues above and below an area affected by surgery to help improve comfort and movement. We keep coming back every two weeks and look forward to it--that says a lot about our experience with Cindy and Bowen Therapy.

I've spent the last four days considering this review and am ready to lay it out…read more There is no question that Sarah has great service, to speak to that; I called Sarah on a Wednesday to see if I could get in on Thursday morning. She double checked her calendar and said she could get me in. After much conversation, Sarah let me know about the Yelp deals and we agreed to an hour and a half, which for first time clients was only $65. Pretty impressive! The office was in a good location and she was sure to make the experience relaxing and comfortable. So one may ask, why four stars... Sarah did a great job listening and also had great technique on the trigger points. The one thing I have issues with is the knots in my shoulder blades. I'm not sure if we didn't have enough time for her to work them all out or if she did not find them with the other stress and strain in my back. At the end of the day, the knots are my biggest reason to get massages regularly. I will schedule another appointment at her office and encourage others to do the same. I'm confident she is my local solution to massage therapy. O

I can honestly say Dr. Lynne is exceptionally gifted, compassionate, and kind. I was recently challenged by a debilitating muscle spasm. It was affecting my quality of life, sleep, and functioning and no amount of stretches, exercise, supplements, magnesium, tumeric, or anything else that I tried was reducing the severity. A few times it was so bad in the past few weeks that I was in bed in a fetal position unable to move. I was getting so worn down from the pain that I couldn't think straight. I was even dreading how I was going to get through the holidays. I have a high tolerance to pain and have had three natural child births but this pain was completely wearing me down. After one adjustment from Dr. Lynne the pain was 90% better and the spasm resolved. It was, literally, a miracle. After two adjustments I was 100% pain free for the first time in 6 weeks. I have much to be thankful for this holiday season but Dr. Lynne's extraordinary care is at the top of my gratitude list.

Surgery was on the horizon, but I really wanted to avoid that if at all possible. I had tried everything up until that point: chiropractor, muscle relaxers, acupuncture, not to mention every device available. Nothing seemed to help. As a last resort before I booked surgery I decided to see Tasha. I now can turn my head, am generally pain free, and way more limber. Is routine massage both a time and money investment? Absolutely. But if you're in a situation like I was, I'm telling you, you should give her a try. She now sees a ton of my friends because of how much I have raved about her and we all agree- she's truly gifted. And it's not just necks! She's helped friend's backs and legs, and even improved my husband's hip pain! Normally she's all booked up, but she has the ability now to take on a few more clients so do yourself a favor and take one of her limited spots. I'm beyond grateful I did. Tasha, all my thanks.
