It was my first time visiting, and I am so glad I chose this spot! From the start, Sophia at the front desk was incredibly nice and welcoming. The spa itself is very clean, professional, and well-maintained. I booked a 90-minute Shiatsu and Deep Tissue combo, and I was honestly surprised by how fast the time flew by, I enjoyed every second! The room was so peaceful, featuring a warming candle that smelled amazing and very soothing, relaxing music that made it easy to drift off. Yomi who massaged me was fantastic. She is very skilled and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and that the pressure was just right. The hot stones were definitely my favorite part! I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I'm definitely going to be a regular here! read more

I booked the 60-minute couples massage here to surprise my partner for Valentine's Day and it was one of the best massages we've had! My partner has trouble relaxing during massages but he felt the tension melt away here. We arrived a few minutes early and were able to get started immediately which was nice. The staff were very professional and masseuses were great! They were able to tailor the massages to focus on our trouble areas, and made sure to ask us the type of pressure we preferred. The massages included hot stones and therapeutic oil. Rooms were extremely clean and had meditative music playing which added to the relaxing ambience, along with their excellent service. We received a bottle of water and a gift bag afterwards which was a nice surprise! Would highly recommend, and we plan to book again the next time we're in town. read more

She is beautiful, friendly, professional and experienced well reasoned massage therapist! I know Sophia a long time ago when she used to work in Sacramento at a well known massage studio. I often go for massages, and this was by far the best massage I have ever had. This place is also beautiful, from your first step inside. It is clean, professional, smells good, and is really pretty. Miya is amazing, she deserves 10 stars! I will be making this a regular appointment. I walked in with tense neck/shoulders and walked out and was so relaxed, she knew all the right pressure points. I am so thankful to have found this place!!! read more

We had a 90 minute couples massage. It was FANTASTIC. They set the perfect soothing environment and soon after walking in, i started to feel the relaxation set in my body and mind. They worked out all kinks in my husbands shoulders. They used just enough pressure throughout the my massage and were super friendly. We're not from the area but will definitely come by when passing through Auburn again. read more

The service was amazing! So clean and great vibes over all, and great massage! The lotion they use is amazing as well:)

I was waiting in my room for, not my massage therapist apparently, my MASSEUSE to finish her other session. He was already laughing with her in a gross weird way and you can hear because there are no doors, only curtains. Then I hear her male client moan super loud and breathing super heavily and she shushes him. I wasn't there for a rub and tug, but apparently that's what this place is. I'm a massage therapist myself so I know the difference between normal relief and sexual relief. Disgusting!!! read more

Great massage! Clean and beautiful spa Had shoulder pain and she had perfect touch to heal!! read more

I previously wrote a review from a bad experience- I wanted to follow up with the new experience I had. I was contacted promptly by the management and after speaking with Sophia I commend their commitment to making things right. They acknowledged the issue and took corrective action. I'd be open to trying again after the professional response received. read more

I wasn't satisfied with my massage during and after the appointment, but by bedtime it was actually painful to lay on my back. It is the next day and my back is still painful and lightly bruised. I don't believe that the masseuse had been trained in therapeutic massage. I have had a lot of massages and this one was by far the worst. None of the areas that I identified as needing extra attention were addressed. I actually think that the young lady giving me the massage was trying her best but didn't have the education and experience required. read more

Beautiful location. Very clean and inviting. The massages were amazing! We will definitely be back soon!

As a massage therapist myself I stopped here and had an hour massage! Very nice and relaxing...I enjoyed the back walking and hot stones and Japanese oil....they actually massaged in my neck and shoulders...where I need it most and lower back! I will be returning very soon! read more

Tucked into an unassuming strip mall off highway 49, Wellness Massage and Spa is a little piece of heaven. The decor is bright and welcoming, and the massage rooms are tranquil and spotless. I had a 60 min deep tissue massage which felt like much longer. My massage therapist hit all my sore muscles with strength and good pressure throughout the session. She stayed focused on my problem areas, and included hot stones as an added bonus. I will definitely be a repeat customer to this gem of a business that puts a lot of care into easing sore muscles! read more

Found this nice massage place so close to home. It's new, clean and very welcoming. I needed some TLC and Jessica took care of my sore muscles. I've had a lot of massages over the years ( check my other reviews) and this was a good one as well. The best part is it's close to home, reasonably priced and great service. It's spaciously cozy, with a zen vibe that says welcome and relax. I will be coming again for sure and will bring hubby for a couples massage. Check them out! read more

I've been here a couple of times now. This place is a Gem! The facilities are brand new, clean and tastefully designed. The therapists are extremely professional and provide an excellent massage. Specifically though, Sophia is amazing. She listens to your needs and truly cares over your aches and pains while creating a calm and comforting environment. Pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the beautiful environment of this facility. such a hidden gem. I will surely be back. read more
