Great gym with plenty of room and equipment. It gets really busy during peak times (from 5:30pm to…read moreroughly 7:30pm weeknights) but aside from that, it's a great place to work out. There's also a daycare on sight to keep an eye on your little ones (not sure about the hours of availability though - still, a very nice service to have!) Personally, I've become a huge fan of the Body Pump classes during the last few months, and the instructors here (especially Shelley, Kim and Stephanie) are just fantastic for that class. Highly recommended and a great way to sweat like crazy and get in shape.

It is really busy during peak times but the gym is large enough that you usually don't have to wait to use a piece of equipment. They keep the gym air conditioned during the summer and there's a vending machine on site that sells Gatorade & Aquafina water in case you forget yours at home.
