I slammed on the brakes seeing this in Sackville, a sleepy little University town that shrinks…read moreduring the summer when the students leave. What?! A brewing company here? How cool is that! I had a quick look around inside, and although it was closed, I had a good impression that it is a legit brewery and worthy of seeking out in the area. It's got parking along the side and easily accessed right near the Home Hardware where we were driving to. There is a restaurant nearby that is partnering with this cool new spot, and promises to bring high quality food to the brewery, a necessary piece of the puzzle. I believe it was tacos, but I got a good vibe off that news from the proprietor I spoke to. They sell bottles to go as well has the usual taps so check it out and post a reviews of the suds, as I would appreciate the feedback!
