The lobby and restaurant spaces were clean and inviting...and then you get to the room. Ripped wallpaper and worn carpets greet you. And then the noise? is that a tv? Why is the sound so tinny? Oh, we can hear the kids screaming in the room below us! Great. 3am wake up? Here for you. 7am wake up? Yup! That sound is relentless. But there's a pool with a waterslide so that should make up for it. Nope. Slide is closed. Small pool is filled with other people's hair. Turns out the hotel is 100 years old and it shows. Second time at Delta. Upgraded to the club level. Room was clean and bed comfy. I don't know if people care about having a tub - room 829 just has a shower which is fine by me. Quiet and conveniently located near everything on Main Street. Although, I hear it is the happening hotel during Christmas and other celebrations. So depending on when, Hotel May be more boisterous than usual. Parking is extra. Staff was helpful. Safe, mini fridge and coffeemaker on room. read more

Nice hotel and downtown location, but elevator (1) broke an other marginal ( doors never shut on 1st time so very slow) . It is very large hotel for just 2 elevators and when one breaks..... Ended up faster climbing 7 flights of stairs with luggage as waits times for elevator were ~15+ minutes. Very frustrating, and many many people were doing same climb.... I was in town visiting a friend for Canada day and chose to stay here because it is in a convenient location and has a J1772 charge station for electric cars. Parking is ~$14, but charging is free once you pay for parking and all hotels in the area have the same paid parking. The hotel is on main street, right on the river, so it was perfect for the festivities. We watched the fireworks from the pool! There was a tour group arriving the same time we got there and staff were handing out hot towels when I walked in. It was a little hot outside for me to take one, but it was a nice touch for those getting off of a long bus ride. The lobby is luxurious and spacious, elevators and escalator are conveniently placed, they have a refreshment table near the check-in and a bar around the corner. For Canada Day they also served strawberry shortcake and cotton candy with drinks for free in the lobby. Check-in went smoothly, they said I was the only one staying who would need the EV charge station so I could just stay plugged in whenever I was on site without worrying about blocking others. Very nice! The station is right out front, about 10-20 steps from the doors and right in the line of site of the staff. They have a fitness center and business center that I did not try, and a pool area with a pool, hot tub, and water slide. The water slide is huge and can be used by both children AND adults- you HAVE to try it! The pool is a nice size, about 4 foot deep everywhere, but there are no steps. To get in and out you have to jump or climb the ladder. A little difficult since I have an ankle injury. The hot tub is a good size, jets work well, and it was a decent temperature. The room itself was an ok size but felt a little dated. The beds were comfy and the room was clean though so all was well. The staff was amazing, attentive and friendly. They were really good about making us new keys a couple of times when ours stopped working. This problem should be gone soon though, since they are switching to a new digital room access system. I love this hotel, it is one of my favorites & I will be back again next time I come to town! read more

The room was marketed as a suite (411 dollars) and it was not. Part of the price was suppose to include the concierge lounge and the staff continued to tell me I had to be gold member. I had to take out my reservation and show them proof after asking them to look at their own records before they would give us access to the room and once there it was not as advertised. The restaurant was poor quality an we ended up walking around the corner to gusto (which was excellent). What a disappointment next time I'll make the 2 hour drive to the Holmen Grand in Charlottetown. read more

Great hotel. Loved the service from the bellman, maid service to the front desk. The bellman went above and beyond, even brought us the extra towels and made reservations to a restaurant. The room is nice but the bathroom is too small. The carpet looks old but clean enough. The gym is great lots more machines then normal. The pool area is great. It's on Main Street so lots of restaurants are a short walking distance. The maid service start early so if you want to sleep past 8:30am, put a sign on the door. The curtains are not room darkening & the sun rises at 5:30 am in June. read more

Each time I visit, I love the place more and more. I'm definitely a Delta customer for life. Once again, the pillows were divine, the room was great and clean, and the service was superb. Paul, the night manager, was a terrific help and was more than happy to upgrade us to a different room when we mentioned that we could hear our neighbours through the vents. We were able to get moved to a room on the top floor before we headed out to dinner. It seems that they've upgraded their wifi since my last visit, as we were able to connect to the wireless signal without issue from both rooms. Plus parking was free for the weekend! I'm starting to think of the Delta Beauséjour as our "vacation home." read more

Located downtown but otherwise can be really bad... Never accept room 330!! And likely most of the other rooms around... Noise from the bar goes directly through the ventilation into your room and you will feel like in the bar itself until past midnight (but with no free drinks!!). Other reviewers mentioned similar noise problem... Hence close these bad rooms or fix the problem!! In addition, there was an ironing board but no iron. There was a coffeemaker but no pot. Mattresses were like hammocs. Dirty glasses in the hallway from bad-mannered guess perhaps but no staff to clean the mess. Tv program in the room was from the previous month (the 7th of the subsequent month).... Nice staff, perhaps, but one pays for a nice room before anything else!! read more

I stayed here in last week of November, for a business trip. Moncton got hit with a huge snow storm that day, the entire town basically shut down. After we check-in, we just went to the hotel restaurant for dinner, since everything is closed outside. Restaurant food quality - average hotel food. It's not overly pricey, which is good, but the filet that I ordered, taste like plastic. Given that it's Moncton, I'd expect some better seafood. I ordered a chocolate cake for dessert because I was not satisfied by the main dish....the chocolate cake was very rich, I'd give that cake 3.5 out of 5 stars, but honestly, it's hard to go wrong with a chocolate cake Hotel room and decor - average! It clearly needs some major upgrade. Elevators were very old. You can tell that it's an old building, and they have only put in new lightings and new wall paper over time....There are also no wifi in the room, that is very inconvenient for people like me who likes to use their laptop in bed. The room was also tiny. They charged us $161 per night for a week night ... i don't think anyone would pay for if they travel for leisure. What's funny is, our car parked at their outdoor parking lot, got dented by the snow plough that came during mid night to clean up the snow in the parking lot. We were disappointed that the contractor who did the damage did not report it to the hotel. However, I must give credit to the hotel manager who was really helpful as soon as we reported to him. read more

Super clean rooms, the expected flat screen TV. Downtown location, a gym that's in the top percentiles for a hotel. They have a pool, a jacuzzi, and get this... An indoor waterside! (BOOO for having it chained off and not operational!) Game room with a wii, an Xbox with kinnect and a playstation all with their own flat screens. Andddd a fuss-ball table! Starbucks in the lobby for the coffee junkies. Nice staff. Great Hotel for visitors to Moncton! read more

This place is fabulous. I stayed here in September for a work conference. The staff is so friendly, and they will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I arrived at 2:30 AM and the night staff was helpful and friendly. The security guard was a really friendly guy as well who walked me to the elevator. The room was up to date, the bed comfortable, the bathroom and amenities clean and in working order. The bartender was so nice, very helpful and attentive. I had a great conversation with her. When I informed her that there was a man in the lobby that was not staying there and who was bothering guests, she immediately went to inform security to escort him out. As I was checking out of the hotel, the girl working gave me some great tips for things to stop and see on my way back to the airport at Halifax. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. A really nice hotel staffed with very attentive people. read more

I would give you a 5 but I didn't want readers to say, well clearly she never stays at the Ritz! This is one of my favorite Delta's. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food in the lobby bar restaurant is extremely good. The best part as someone who spends a lot of time travelling they will customize your meal as much as possible. Their Windjammer restaurant is spectacular. The food is 5 diamond and again the service is amazing. It is pricey, but you do get what you pay for. As another reviewer mentioned, the bartender in the lobby bar is spectacular. I am probably not there more than 4 times a year and she always remembers me! If you stay on the Signature Club floor and you have any food requests such as non-gluten, lactose free, soy milk. If you ask in advance they will have it there for your breakfast. Hotel rooms are modern and nice, but so are many hotel rooms. What makes this place as special as it is are the employees. Whatever you are doing keep it up!! Overall good stay. Air Conditioner in our room was either blowing way too cold or way too warm air with the temperature being turned up only 1 or 2 from the previous setting. Parking setup is weird and anytime after probably 8pm you can't enter the side entrance that is the closest door to the parking lot, even with a room key, you still can't go through these doors, which means you have to walk all the way around to the main entrance and enter from there, (not really that far, but it is definitely an inconvenience & not enjoyable in minus degree weather), not a mention of breakfast but we soon figured out ourselves that there wasn't any, only the restaurant on the Lobby floor was available and of course was not free and you couldn't even sit yourselves. One outlet in our room did not work but the rest worked perfectly fine with no second guesses. Weird. Overall a very nice, clean hotel, great for families and/or business trips, also in a great location, lots of shopping centres, restaurants and bars all within walking distance or a 5 minute drive near this hotel. read more

July 2015, Motor Maid convention hotel for 5 nights make this 4 1/2 stars.. The downtown location was a terrific choice (in my opinion). Many walk-to good restaurant options. Reception desks were VERY busy on this Sunday afternoon, but efficient I only waited a few minutes before my turn AND since i was standing there ....in my motorcycle rain gear ....dripping on everything.... that was greatly appreciated THEN a miracle happened .....I met Jacques.... he procured a luggage cart helped me unload Miss Sapphire (my motorcycle) and took everything up to the room while i drove around the building to park (I know it is part of his job....... but he was very helpful and smiling and made my 1st few minutes at the hotel welcoming) Room was clean and more spacious than I expected well stocked w/pillows, coffee maker, ironing board w/iron etc etc Maid service was generally later than I would expect.... (3 days not until the afternoon) but they were very polite and took care of our needs EXTRA REQUEST : .....we had too many early mornings...so we bought some cereal and milk for breakfast .....MAID gave us REAL bowls and REAL spoons! NOTE: Delta blocked off a large portion of their parking lot for our Motor Maid motorcycle convention. awesome I would definitely stay here again. We loved our stay here! The family suite was so affordable, with no extra charge for requesting a rollaway bed. There were free water bottles left in the room for us. Beds were so comfy. They gave us 4 meal vouchers for breakfast and allowed us to use them for the adults so that we only had to pay full price for the kids to eat (I think it was about $6-8 for kids). The pool area was clean with a great view of the rooftop garden, and the kids LOVED the water slide. There was a media room adjacent to the pool with all sorts of video games, and a clean gym and locker room as well. Staff was very helpful when we asked for somewhere to eat within walking distance. The hotel was beautifully decorated and we loved the modern design. We will definitely be back!! read more

There are so many things that have gone wrong and that are seriously messed up BUT... They are trying to make things right. It just too much drama. Before I drove 13 hours with my family to Canada from the U.S. I did a lot of research and literally spent hours with the hotel mapping out all details. Well when I arrived what they promised me was NOT available, even though I am a Platinum Elite member... It seems like they said whatever to get me to book my reservation. Of course I was upset and after 15-20 minutes going back and forth, they comped on of my rooms (I booked 3). I didn't care about the $. But I appreciated the gesture of them trying to make it right. Then as soon as I went upstairs to my room (9th floor), my wife jumps in the shower after the 13 hour drive, she was looking forward to it... She turns on the faucet and BLACK water came out! Not just that room 909, but also 911&912. I called immediately and they apologized and said that oops we forgot to tell you that maintenance was doing something and pipes were dirty??? We need to run the water??? I can't make this stuff up people. They apologized and were very nice about it. Then their internet was sketchy on and off. Then on top of all this... 2 out of the 3 rooms we have, the safes did NOT work?? I am an frequent traveler and am shocked at all the craziness. On the flip side everyone was nice and sorry and tried to fix all the silliness ASAP. They did go out of their way on assisting is with things hat were not their responsibility. Like getting the diapers from the back seat of our vehicle... But if I am paying thousands of dollars just on the rooms not to mention food and incidentals for only 6 days... Nice, clean hotel. I've stayed here two times for a week each time. The heater in the rooms do not work well. I was cold Every night. I called to the front desk and they said someone would come and check it. no one ever came. The outlets in my room did not work I reported them and they were fixed the night before I had to leave. The staff is friendly and housekeeping does a good job. Overall a 3 due to the issues with my rooms and delay in them fixing the issues. read more

Should be 4 star but bad customer service....I have to give them a mediocre review because they would not assist with a meeting issue. Be careful of the cost of parking for participants in your meetings. Food for meeting was sandwiches. I feel for meetings Holiday inns offer better service. read more
