Right from the start the person at the desk was cheerful and friendly and couldn't be more helpful. She took my wife's ID as a second driver (nice change, no charge, no hassles) and we got to the car after a 3 hour flight in no time. The car was in great condition and exactly as the car overview form they gave me which was a nice change from my past experiences. I had to leave early from the trip so my wife returned the car and there were no issues and she commented how easy it was. Great location to rent from, staff was wonderful. Highly recommend them.

I would give this rental agency a zero star rating, if that existed. We paid for a Chrysler 200 (or…read moresimilar) and were given a Hyundai (very small). We asked if we could pick up the car an hour early. They said yes as the car was ready for us. We left the airport and continued on our journey. The car had a noticeable odour. We thought that with time the smell would dissipate. No luck. When we received our emailed invoice, we were charged for an extra hour of use (the early pickup). We will never rent with Avis ever again.
