We find it odd that people are complaining about this park. Not only is it the best park in the area, but rver's must realize that for the price you are close to Houston for business or entertainment, and close to the coast for fun. We have traveled the US extensively and a laundry, exercise room, pool, meeting/party room, showers, & BBQ areas are certainly not always available like they are here. We have also been parked around people with children and have seen children at the pool and don't see the problems people mention. There are rules at ALL rv parks, and the management is here to enforce them. Jan/Keith/Becky/Darlene all do a great job keeping this place a friendly, safe, clean place to come to. Try it out before you pay attention any negative online reviews. Some reviews i read are so old that those people don't even work here anymore. Welcome to Texas!

Oh where to begin...the shocking start is pulling up to the cute farmhouse but immediately swept away into "Wonderland" as you step through the gated entry. Beautiful, unique, mind-blowing yet none of these words or pictures can do justice! We were immediately sent into sensory overload as there is so much to see everywhere you look. Lighting, birdhouses, beautiful landscaping and amazing pieces of art both inside and out. The ambiance was exactly what we were looking for. Our hosts, Jeff and Tanya, with their delectable meals and taste tempting cocktails kept us impressed and satiated. What was our favorite thing (besides sharing this with each other)? This isn't a fair question so I will share some of the things we loved: The lights, the bird cages, the landscaping, pool, jacuzzi and firepits everywhere. The breathtaking saloon, the artwork, the divine food and amazing drinks, all the tiny details everywhere you look. With all of this we both agree that most amazing was the romantic upstairs bordello that takes you away to another time. You escape into such a romantic, special setting you can forget the world around you! We had a small Anniversary Dinner our 2nd night and the meal was scrumptious along with an amazing Kraken Rum Cake that Tanya makes, I highly recommend. The night was very memorable! I could go on and on but we still couldn't say enough about how impressed and satisfied we were with our stay. We loved our alone time and enjoyed visiting with our hosts equally as much.
