Tao is also very friendly and takes her time unlike other salons to make sure your nails stay and look healthy (unlike Nails By Lauren, who I recommend you stay away from!) Pedicure for $35 regular nail polish (I always do clear) I returned to this nail salon after 4 years because I remembered that the lady did a really great job and took her time with my feet. I came on a Monday afternoon around 1400 and there was only one other customer at the shop. Ilwas surprised to hear the price increase of pedicure but I had already driven many miles to come get a pedicure at this specific location and didn't want to walk out after knowing the price to go find another salon since I'm on a schedule. I normally like to stay in the price range of $22-25. Nonetheless, Ken did a really great job with my pedicure. He took his time in the process of my pedicure which I prefer since I seldom "treat" myself for one. 10/10 for the 10 minute foot massage and relaxation I needed in the spa chair. read more

I always leave here so satisfied with my nails. Helen has been doing my nails for over a decade now and she always does an amazing job. Ha, Thao, and Ken are also amazing. They offer the usually nail services and waxing and facials. I got my first facial there a few months ago and it was amazing! I plan on getting another one soon. The salon is bright and has two TVs that play different channels. The selection of nail polishes is amazing and they have so many options to choose from. I like the close proximity to two cafes and a restaurant. The parking lot is really big and although you have to pay to park if you validate at Lively Nails you get 2 hours free! read more

I had to fix my nail shape myself after telling her numerous times what needs to be done and that it doesn't match the other hand. After all that, I figured that she'll be ok with the drill but boy was I wrong. My thumb had a full on bump and I had to tell her to fix it. Why am I having to tell her how to do her job nonstop? There's a reason this place was entirely empty on a Sunday. Got a call and a voicemail from them 24 hours later saying sorry that my nails turned out to be trash, but I can come back for a fix. That's a joke right? I would never want to waste my time at this place again. If the person who does acrylics had an emergency and had to leave, then they should've called me and scheduled for another time rather than waste 3 hours of my life (2 hours there and another hour at another place to get this mess fixed). read more

The nails also last about 2-3 weeks (4 weeks max) before beginning to peel off. Their work stations are always clean and they always wear masks which is nice. And their service is great! They are such sweet nail techs. If you guys like simple gel nail colors this is the place to get them done. If you guys want a design, it costs extra. Honestly so upset with my nails, I've gotten dip on my nails for so long and never had a problem. Usually I can go 3-4 weeks without having to redo my dip. It was my first time here and after 12 hours, washing my hands has made the top coat of all my nails peel off. After 3 days my nails have chipped and I need to redo my nails before my natural nails break. Also, after leaving the salon I had to reshape all my nails on my own because they were all extremely uneven. I didn't realize until I left the salon or I would have asked them to fix it.
