History
Established in 2008.
While studying to be a dancer from a young age, Leah Stewart, M.S, founder and owner of LiveLife Pilates, began to incorporate Pilates into her training and thus developed a true respect and admiration for the method. For Leah, a daily Pilates practice builds upon the steady renewal, reeducation, and restoration of the body through movement. Early in her teaching career, Leah began to observe that as her clients improved the alignment and balance of their physical body, there was a reciprocal interconnecting alignment of mind and spirit. Clients continually reported an enhanced quality of life and attributed the improvements to the lessons of the body and mind they had learned while practicing the Pilates method.
Leah became aware that when the benefits of Pilates are able to expand beyond the physical, there is an improvement in the way we live life. LiveLife Pilates began with the discovery that as bodies improve and heal, minds and spirits are soon able to follow.
