My husband tried to go onto their website right away and only to find out their website is completely down.. it looked like they forgot to renew the web service or something. We then told her the website is not working correctly, but she insisted that we must have mistyped the url. After we triple checked the url and made sure we typed the right thing, it still didn't work. But again, she didn't seem to have any passion to help us! We left the store and weren't exactly sure what happened. It was completely a waste of time. Avoid this store if you can.

We picked up a vest that was clearly marked at $160. When we went to pay, the cashier told my wife the price was actually $200. We understand that pricing mistakes can happen -- that wasn't the issue. What disappointed us was the attitude. Instead of explaining the situation kindly or apologizing for the confusion, the employee was dismissive and rude. Unfortunately, that interaction really affected our experience and made us reconsider returning. I hope management can address the customer service aspect, because the store carries great products and has a lot of potential.

At first, he asked for my budget, and I said around $30-40. He then showed me a bouquet and said it was $45. He showed me a few other options after that but did not mention the prices. He also mentioned that they were about to close soon, which made me feel like I needed to hurry. In the end, I chose the first bouquet he showed me. After the wrapping was finished and I went to pay, he told me the total was $65. I asked if that included tax or wrapping, but he said he had told me $65 from the beginning. I didn't argue because I didn't have time, but on the way home I felt uncomfortable about the experience because I genuinely believed I was buying a $45 bouquet. Even if I somehow misunderstood the price, I still question whether it makes sense to recommend a bouquet that far above a customer's stated budget in the first place.
