If you are looking for a home cleaning service, look no further!!! I was looking for a cleaning service for my mother. I found this cleaning service on Yelp when I was doing a Google search for Rutherford County. They service Cleveland County & Rutherford County.
When I called, I got their voicemail. I left a message and received a response in less than 30 minutes. I spoke with Mrs. Littlejohn. She was very professional. I explained that I needed to schedule an appointment ASAP because my mother was in need of help because she has mobility issues & I was out of town. Mrs. Littlejohn worked my mother in her schedule within 2 days. It was actually her day off.
The entire process was professional from the scheduling invites we received, great communication & updates, showing up on time for the appointment, and the quality of work.
My mother is a little OCD and very picky when it comes to someone cleaning her home. She bragged on this cleaning service for days after the cleaning. She told me she liked how respectful, considerate, and meticulous Mrs. Littllejohn was during the cleaning session. She felt comfortable enough to have her put fresh sheets on her bed. She was extremely happy with this cleaning service.
I am so happy I found Littlejohn's cleaning service. It feels good knowing they are so good at their job and also that my mother feels comfortable with them cleaning for her.
5 stars for sure. I would give 10 stars if I could!!! read more
