Mr. Whisenant was my buyer's agent on a property that I found, did not remind me to reflect on my contract through the process, and was having me paying for costs the seller was supposed to. After 6 weeks of working with him he didn't even know my name or my loan type. When I called Stephanie to complain she told me "he doesn't have to know your name how is that important?" and laughed at me. So when I terminated my contract with him as is my prerogative as a dissatisfied consumer he refused to respond to me and then he and Stephanie tried to collect his commission at closing when Stephanie worked with my new agent AND accepted my new contract! These two are SHADY individuals who I wouldn't trust to buy a doghouse from. Also, on my closing day Stephanie decided to be childish and hide the keys to the house to delay my walk- thru! I am embarrassed for these alleged real estate professionals behaviors. Shame on you. Sorry that the almighty dollar has done this to you.
