We bought during a drought and the first rain brought water through our ceiling. Repairs cost $3,000 within two months of homeownership ($2,500 roof repairs and $500 ceiling re-plastering - the water caused two large holes in my son's bedroom). While talking with the couple who rented the home immediately before we bought, we discovered that not only did the former owners know about the problem, Myra Wilson did also. The problem was not disclosed and we were even told by Ms. Wilson that a recent roof inspection showed no problems. Completely immoral. I would not buy a home again through this company.

I recently had Carol Schenck from this agency as my sellers agent ( well I kept having to refer to…read morethe contract because it seemed to me she was more concerned with the buyer's interests and her own) and I would not recommend using her at all. I feel she utilized scare tactics to try to get me to do things that reduced my profit margin and benefited the buyer like anytime I questioned something she would go to the extreme of "well do you want me to cancel the contract with the buyer?" Seriously? Thanks for making the experience of selling my home a very unpleasant one and one thing I can say for the buyer's agent Diane Ledbetter is at least at Remax they go to the mat for their clients... kudos to you Diane, well done. I didn't like what you did, but I respect you advocating for your client, if only Carol did the same. :( Carol it seemed only was looking out for her bottom line.

The client was letting raw sewage flood the crawl space for 7 months and they have attempted several times to forge the paperwork that it is fixed. She helped or at the very least allowed them to hide quite a bit of problems with the house. Her clients left the place trashed including half burnt trash all over the yard and all on the food out of the fridge all over the counter. This was not a foreclosure. We asked her the day of closing if the trash had been picked up and she lied right to our face. She must only care about the money and she gives everyone a gift card for giving her a good review on her sites. Please don't take this warning lightly, it will be a very costly mistake.
