‼‼‼ I just want to make some of you aware of a "cleaning business" that doesn't stand behind what…read morethey advertise. I was going to let this whole situation go that has gone on for a week and a half until I realized that she has blocked me from her business page so that I can't write a review. Well pictures speak for themselves. You can see what she "advertises" and you can see pictures speak for themselves. This is only a FEW things I came across after they deep cleaned my house for an hour and a half and charged me $150. I gave her the opportunity to make it right. She offered to give me my money back the first day and she also offered to come back. I gave her the opportunity to come back this Thursday or Friday. She wanted to tell me Tuesday that she was booked this week (after she already told me she would make it right last week) so I told her it was best to go ahead and give me a refund. She then comes back and tells me that she can probably do it Friday (today) but it would have to be after lunch. I then told her that I was tired of dealing with this whole situation (it's been nothing but a lot of back and forth) she wanted a list of what was missed (after she already texted me and told me they would come back and redo everything). She text me yesterday and asked me what time would be good for me to have the girl come back to my house today after she cleaned two other houses. At that point I told her I was done. I don't need the girl that was with her the first time to be sent back to my house today that couldn't do what was on this list the first time. Things as simple as vacuuming my cushions, wiping my microwave, cleaning my bathroom floors!!! Couldn't even wipe my kitchen table. I literally moved everything out of my floor and off of my counters into a bedroom they didn't have to touch to my their lives easier and this is how I get repaid. So here's my review since I can't post my HONEST REVIEW ON HER PAGE. She wants to say her business has never had a bad complaint that's because she blocks the bad ones. Basically they came in my house and swiped $150 off my table. I have alllll of the text messages. If someone was guilty they wouldn't have to block me. Be careful who you hire.
