I also appreciate that they bring their own cleaning supplies so that is one less thing that I have to worry about. Their pricing is very affordable and it's transparent. You can easily use their website to book one time or recurring appointments. They have a lot of add-ons on the website so you can customize your cleaning based upon your needs such as bed making, laundry, and blinds. They also have post construction, New Mama, and move in/out services. I would highly recommend Spotless for any of your housekeeping needs. They make everything sparkle and shine.

I was told by the owner and her assistant that Priscilla was great. She is not. Duties listed on…read morethe company website for a basic/recurring service were not done. For example- taking out trash and cleaning toilets. Maybe cleaning toilets does not include the seat where you actually sit your booty every day. She actually left a full trash can. Frankly, I think the cleaning service business is somewhat of a money grab. Only those with a nasty house could be okay with receiving mediocre service. I think these companies do just enough to make it look like they have cleaned. Or, perhaps the cleaners feel I deserve to be taken advantage of because I dared to try and hire hel p. Maybe they only think stressed out women with kids, a lazy husband, and nasty pets need someone to help them occasionally. But, since that's not my life I guess they feel it's okay to come into my home, do a half-ass job, and get paid for it. I have learned a very great lesson. Cleaning companies are just not for me.

I was WRONG WRONG WRONG. Who even KNEW that my house could be that clean? The cleaner, Taylor, cleaned every corner of the condo. The…read morepast two times though.. the first bad experience they were 45 minutes late, causing our office to not be cleaned due to being on work calls during the time they arrived. Which to me meant they would take extra good care of the rest of the house. Nope. I couldn't tell what they did for two hours besides vacuum! No surfaces were dusted - tv, tv stand, end tables, dressers, etc. The sink was dirty, stainless appliances were left splotchy with an oil-based cleaner. The shower wasn't cleaned, only the doors. Naturally I called to provide feedback and Whystle promptly refunded us for the cleaning and promised they'd send the "A Team" next time. Well next time was today and no one showed up for our 8-9am arrival window. They texted at 9:05 saying they were on their way. Finally at 10am I called Whystle to cancel and discontinue our services. You won't find reliable, consistent cleaning services here.
