It seems an inefficient way of running a restaurant. The wait staff seems a bit pretentious as well. No one ever refilled our water. The food, on the other hand, was excellent. The fish dish has such a beautiful presentation, and the chicken has unique flavors with pickled vegetables.

The whitefish Parmesan encrusted is decent, just keep an eye out for small bones and some skin left on the filet. The Parmesan encrusted seasoning is good.
