I fought for 7hours to stay but couldn't handle the last hour. Also I don't recommend eating the brats or hot dogs they are only cooked by microwave. Which isn't health code regulation. Especially with brats. The nachos are okay. The chillie and cheese is cooked in a machine. I wouldn't recommend eatting here or working here.

She's rude, toxic and doesn't care who knows she is pissed at the world, or someone in particular. Now I get that she wants things done a certain way, but when the two owners can't agree on anything, then shit runs down hill and you get the reprocussion of do it this way, no do it this way. It's a mind game because they aren't happy with each other and customers have noticed the tension being high and how you could cut it with a knife. I tried to work there twice now but for some reason always was the target of Kathys aggression. She's even grabbed a knife right out of my hand when I was making a banana split. Last night I couldn't take it anymore. Everything I did was wrong. Either I was in her way or it wasn't right. So I walked out. I fought for 7 hours to stay but after being told that she hated seeing my fucken face and she wished I would just quit, I made her day and did. Even Karen wrote immediately to tell me that she didn't blame me one bit and that she was sincerely sorry for everything that happened. She really hoped that I was ok and that it was alot to handle. She also said that things need to improve alot. She was truly sorry for what I went through and that she agreed that I do what was right for me. If Karen was the only boss I'd be there still working but with Kathy things must change because if the customers can feel the tension, they probably won't be back anytime soon. I'm sorry it ended this way but I truly did like working there until all this went south as they say. This was written by my daughter but when she posted it to their page they just took it down so she asked me to post it to help, so people are aware. She doesn't mean to hurt the business, or Karen but people need to know what to watch out for.

Wonderful small town place to stop for a slamming breakfast sandwich, frozen pizza or sweet treat…read moreto go. The menu is pretty extensive and they serve breakfast all day. A favorite dish seems to be the Alaskan waffle which is topped with ice cream, chocolate syrup and whipped cream. We ate breakfast here and have stopped in a few times just to pick up some bakery items. We love the banana cream pie cup, lemon curd bread, turtle lava cake and chocolate covered Twinkie's. Service can be slow (by Milwaukee/city standards) but everything is served hot and to order. There is typically one waitress working too so keep that in mind. Cash payment is preferred and there is a small surcharge for credit card purchases. They have weekly bingo games and you seat yourself if you want to dine in. This is a breakfast / lunch spot as they are not open during dinner hours. Definitely worth a stop if you are in Adams County or camping at Roche-a-Cri state park nearby.

I also took 2 cookies for later in the day. While i greatly enjoyed the breakfast i was disappointed in the peanut butter cookie. It wasn't fresh. It looked delicious and i was hopeful but it was hard and not pleasant to eat. Maybe it just had been in the cookie jar too long. I mean it is a bakery and cafe and should be fresh. Their easter cookies and pies in the display case looked AMAZING. I wish i had chosen one of tbose. Anyway, i would go back for breakfast and for pie or maybe one of tnose beautifully decorated easter cookies. But the peanut butter cookie - i will pass on that. Staff were very nice!

It was a quick lunch, I enjoyed a Single Cheeseburger Basket with Fries. I love that their fries are, crinkle. Crinkle fries hold on the ketchup, when dipping it into the little cups. The little cups are another reason why I love Culver's. I hate public shared bottles of catsup and prefer the ketchup to be served in paper cups or stainless steel when dining at a sit down restaurant. Of course, I had their famous Root Beer as my beverage. My burger was a perfect smashed burger with crispy edges. I'm simple with toppings. I go for only pickles and onion. I then add the condiments of mustard and ketchup. The dining room was clean and as soon as other guest left, the staff was busy cleaning the booth or table for the next guest. This is my second visit to this location and it was packed both times which I'm not surprised because it's right off the freeway. However, there's so many staff members that are eager to help. People were friendly as well. Food was served fast and fresh. I'd say it's a smaller Culver's location than my home city one, but still a nice one that's clean and bright. I'm sure I'll visit again on another trip to WI.

However, I wasn't treated by the person yelling out to me : you here for breakfast or lunch? I replied, just a coffee. She said, ok be with you in a minute. I was walking around checking out the decor and space, because I've never been there before. Looking at the pastures. The woman stopped what she was doing and stood there staring at me, no smile, just an irritated look on her face. There was no sign 'don't walk past this point' but due to her just standing there staring, not waiting on the other people, I went back by the door (like 5-6ft away) and just stood there. She then went back to waiting in the people. I got my coffee which wasn't too much better than instant. I'm an older person and was dressed nicely - so not looking like a thug. Perhaps that person was having an off day, so MAYBE sometime when I'm bored I'll try it again to see if it's a better experience.....or maybe I'll just go to one of the five other coffee places.

The most impressive cocktail menu I've ever seen. The reason for the three stars was they automatically tack on a gratuity. The standouts for me were the stuffed dates and the French Onion Soup! I'd say this was the best French Onion Soup I've ever had. The filet was locally sourced and excellently prepared. The Moroccan Shish Kabob was wonderfully seasoned. We both really appreciated that the entrees are full plated meals with veggie and choice of potato. This said the starters are not to be overlooked. We didn't have room for dessert, but next time. I also want to say the drink menu was really diverse and reasonable priced as was the entire menu given this is a boutique fine dining experience. A dining experience not easily found in the area. Everything was on point. Note: Reservations are strongly encouraged and that's fine.

The restaurant itself is cute as a button with the black and white checked flooring and cutsie decor. The front windows roll up to make for lovely open air dining on pleasant days. It was a hearty serving of oatmeal and had chia seeds, cinnamon, blueberries, strawberries, and banana on top. All the fruit was fresh, making for a wonderfully delicious breakfast. When we stopped in, there were 2 staff, one working the coffee bar and the other on the ice cream, who were running around, serving food, making drinks, and constantly busy. It left us waiting to be serviced for around 10 minutes and when our food arrived, it was cold (likely from waiting for a server/coffee bartender to find a break to retrieve it). I ordered the french toast, which was good, cold but good, and a coffee, which I was okay with. My partner ordered the pork bowl, which arrived cold aside from the eggs in it. The prices here are reasonable, especially for the Dells, but I think Huckleberry's would be smart to have a few more hands on deck to ensure timely service.
