This is an amazing place!!…read more Plenty of parking and port-a-potties We came for unicorn day!! It was amazing! All the horses had beautiful horns and painted hair (like pastel chalk that does not hurt them). All animals are under the most wonderful care and we are given instructions on how to approach them and observe them. Amongst many things we saw a baby chick being hatched, baby bunnies, adult bunnies, donkeys, sheep's, horses, pigs, pony's, goats, doves, chickens, roosters, chicks and of course UNICORNS! Staff was out of this world helpful!! So sweet and kind. It was a hot day and they let my little nephew play in the clean water they had to cool off! We even got a tractor ride! They have a beautiful tree swing and so many cute picture spots! Pack a picnic (but be careful not to throw any food on the ground the animals each have specific diets and we wouldn't want them to eat anything that could hurt their stomachs). Also there is hand sanitizer but I would suggest bringing some soap and water if you want to wash your hands. Just ask for the best place to do that! They have a pretty Montessori style here. You're given help in approaching the animals and donkeys sheep and goats are sitting all around and you can walk around and pet them. There are brushes set aside for you to brush them too!! The more attention specific animals like the bigger bunnies were handled with the wonderful caregivers! Allowing people to hold the more socialized animals even! Also the unicorns were beautiful with flower leis and gorgeous horns! Absolutely a must to do for any birthday, field trip, or just a way to get kids used to animals in a wonderfully comfortable setting.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with ClubSciKidz at the St. James location in Alpharetta!…read moreOur children attended the Sea Adventures and Little Robot Engineer camps, and every afternoon they came out smiling from ear to ear. They couldn't wait to tell us about everything they had learned and created, which made for some fantastic dinner table conversations all week long. A special thank you to Ms. Simmy and Ms. Miles, who were incredible with the kids. Their enthusiasm, kindness, and ability to make learning so much fun truly stood out. It's clear they care deeply about creating a positive and engaging environment. Thank you to the entire ClubSciKidz team for providing such an exceptional camp experience. We couldn't have asked for a better week and will definitely be back for future camps! Note: they have multiple locations around Atlanta making it convenient for families to find a camp near them. Definitely check them out!

We were very disappointed with our experience at Club SciKidz Mini Medical School camp and would…read morenot recommend it. One of the main reasons we chose this camp was because it was advertised as a hands-on STEM experience with science demonstrations and activities throughout the day. Instead, my child came home telling us they watched multiple shows, including Danny Go, Wild Kratts, and The Magic School Bus. After I contacted the owner, he acknowledged that campers "should not be watching videos" and said the counselors had been reminded. Despite that assurance, the videos continued throughout the rest of the week. I also had significant concerns about supervision. The environment often felt chaotic and understaffed. At drop-off, I observed approximately 60 children gathered in one room with only two counselors visible. I asked the owner several specific questions about camper-to-staff ratios and the number of counselors assigned to my child's group, but those questions were never answered. There were other things that surprised us as well. The children ate lunch sitting on the floor, and from what I observed, they were not directed to wash their hands before eating. The camp also handed out Jolly Ranchers and several other sugary snacks during the week. Hard candy seemed like an odd choice for a camp serving young children, and the amount of candy and sugary treats was unexpected. Finally, this is one of the more expensive camps we've enrolled our child in, so we expected a higher level of organization, supervision, and programming. Unfortunately, the experience simply didn't justify the premium price. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the camp's marketing materials or sample daily schedule. If you're looking for a well-organized, hands-on STEM camp with strong supervision and minimal screen time, I would look elsewhere.

My daughter took lessons with Hannah for 12 years, and the experience has been truly life-changing. Wildewood was the first place she went when she got her drivers license and the last place she went when she left for her freshman year of college. Beyond just learning to ride, Hannah teaches responsibility, patience, confidence, and resilience--skills that extend far beyond the barn. She creates a safe, supportive environment where kids not only develop strong riding techniques but also build a deep bond with the horses and gain lifelong lessons in perseverance and dedication. Hannah's program takes place on a real, working farm--this isn't some polished, bougie equestrian center. Kids get their hands dirty and learn what it truly means to care for horses, from feeding and grooming to cleaning tack. They develop a deep respect for hard work, nature, and the animals they ride, gaining life skills that go far beyond horseback riding. Thanks to Hannah's guidance, my daughter has grown into a brilliant, capable young woman with a strong work ethic and a deep love for riding. If you want your child to learn from the best while growing in confidence and character, Wildewood Farms with Hannah is the perfect place.

My granddaughter gives it (10/10!)…read more I took my granddaughter (8 years old) to Color Sling for her belated birthday, and we had an absolutely exciting and fun time filled with creativity and laughter. I have to admit, it wasn't nearly as messy as I expected--they provided everything we needed and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. My granddaughter had a blast, and thanks to the wonderful employees, she gives this place 10 stars. And, said "We will definitely be back"!!! For me, it was the perfect stress-relief activity and such a great bonding experience. We went at noon, so it was peaceful and relaxed, which made it even better. The staff was incredibly attentive, giving clear instructions before and after our session. It was also nice to see that they offer event spaces for parties and gatherings. Highly recommend Color Sling for anyone looking for a unique, fun, and memorable experience

We had so much fun!!…read more My sisters and I wanted to do something to unwind and we definitely enjoyed ourselves here. Called in to make an appointment beforehand just to guarantee our spot. There are amazing group deals on their website as well as some more information about the business! Melissa, co-owner, was there the day we went in and she was so so welcoming. We were supplied ponchos and shoe coverings as well as lockers for our things and even hair nets and accessories. They thought of it all! Melissa explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable before leaving us to our creativity. I absolutely loved the fact that we were always checked on as well as our paint and cleaning waters. Melissa would make encouraging comments I needed because I for one am not creative. LOL I absolutely cannot wait to drop by again and bring others because I definitely feel it's a very special little place. The vibe just gives and I'm so grateful to know a place like this exists.
