Best sandwhich shop in the Brockton/Easton area. Tons of choices! Thier specialty mac n cheese is yummy. Thier Rocky and El Diablo sandwhiches are to die for! I actually steer away from chicken but its very thin slice and it doesn't feel like I'm biting into a thick piece of chicken breast. Their sweet potatoe fries are AMAZING! Their breads and sauces are really tasty too. They are not always consistent with their food and $10 for a sandwhich and sweet potatoes is kind of steep for a sandwhich shop. All of the food I've had from Little Sami's is fabulous -- no complaints. The level of professionalism and courtesy of their employees is a crapshoot, however. Especially in a down economy, every customer-facing employee should act like they appreciate the your business and they're happy to have a job. This has rarely been my experience with Little Sami's. The people taking the order over the phone will hang up on you after already being discourteous. Half of their delivery people are likely drive around with your order, unable to locate you, drive back to the restaurant without calling you for your assistance, then finally show up to deliver your cold food. Have gone to this place multiple times and have had no problems until today. I called and ordered a burger and a steak tip dinner they told us 40 min for pickup which is fine they are probably busy there's no problem about the wait we decided to get there at 32 minutes when we got there they were not busy at all there was no wait and our food was just sitting on the table we took it home and the burger was perfect but the fries were soggy and cold the steak tip dinner we were very disappointed at there was 5 tiny little pieces of steak that were freezing cold and the Mac and cheese and rice side were cold and inedible we called asking for a credit back since our food was clearly ready way before we got there (we live 2 minutes down the street) and they fought with us and were very rude saying they can't do anything about it and it's our fault that it was cold because they can make the food in 15 minutes and we should have came sooner overall don't get anything but there burger because everything else on their menu is probably garbage read more

I have ordered from Little Sami's as well as their "cousin" Westside. Westside is GREAT. Little Sami not so much! The customer service at Little Sami's is horrific. They will argue with you on the phone and try to talk over you. I work for a large company in Brockton and we order lunch every day as well as have many events catered. It took an hour and forty five minutes for 5 items to be delivered today! I had to call 3 times and was argued with each time. The food is your average take out place so why not go somewhere that will treat you well? read more

I have ordered twice from this place. The first time I waited over an hour and called to complain I did not get my order yet, I then waited another 35 minutes before I called and told them I STILL didn't get it and that I did not want it anymore cause it would be cold as it had been out for 35minutes or more already. They were very polite and nice though and remade it for me and I just went and picked it up. Because they were so nice, I decided to give the place a second chance.. Just ordered food and it took 1hr and 25 min for it to come. The place has decent food but horrible delivery service although you can order online which is a plus. I am giving them 3 stars for decent food, ability to order online and for the couple of polite workers the first time around, other than that I will probably not order from them again and stick with West Side. Which is odd that the service sucks at one and is decent at the other since they are by the same owner. Oh and yes my food was cold for this second delivery!!! And wrong, it was supposed to be on a sub roll and they put it on sandwich bread! They should prob get 2 stars but Ill go with the 3 for now. UPDATE: The owner I believed personally called me and apologized! He definitely made up for this and I believe he really is trying to make all his customers happy, so you should definitely give this place a try. read more

So I ordered the Surf & Turf dinner (which is steak tips and grilled shrimp) with a Caesar and Mac & Cheese at 10:59am when they opened. I put down my extension at my desk and provided an 800 number. 45 minutes later no driver or call. I walk out front of my job and the driver is walking back to his car. I go after him and he says "You should put down your extension." I said "I did why isn't it on the receipt?" "Well other people put their cell phone." "They aren't suppose to. We can't answer our phones at our desk. Oh shoot I left my wallet at my desk." "Well I don't have time to wait for you." I should've not given him a tip because after I signed my receipt and got to my desk I received steak tips and grilled chicken. I called back to let them know both about the driver and the order mess up. She apologized for the driver and stated my menu was outdated it's actually steak tips and grilled mahi; she offered to give me a $10 credit towards my next order. I let her know I've ordered before with no problems so I will try again. On the plus side the food was good. read more

I was on a mission to find a great burger. Mission complete! This was nice a stop along my route to my brother's new house in Brockton. I noticed the menu on the wall and the vast selection available. The menu had a lot of items but was very organized so it made it easier to pick what you want. I went with a devils advocate burger(tomato, lettuce, pepper jack cheese, crispy bacon, and chipotle sauce). All burgers come with fries so that's a plus, I for one did not care for the fries as they were regular crinkle cut fries, nothing special. Now I was told all burgers were 1/2lb patties but I was not prepared for the monster that arrived in my to go container. The burger was huge, and all the ingredients looked real fresh! I took a star away for ordering the burger medium but received it well done. Nonetheless it was an amazing burger!!! Great portion and reasonable prices I'll be back here again. Tonight we ate at Little Sami's for the first time and the food was great. You know when you walk in and several police officers are sitting in two seperate groups eating dinner, it must be good. It did take a little longer for the food to be prepared but worth the wait. Very flavorful, large portions and great customer service. We had a small issue with my son's burger being made a cheeseburger. I told them about it and they immediately started a new burger. Of course my son then agreed to eat the cheeseburger so we thought it was all ok. A short time later, a gentleman came to our table with the new hamburger and had it ready to go for us to take home. It wasn't necessary but it was very nice. We had burgers, chicken and sandwiches. The sides of grilled broccoli, grilled asparagas and the mac & cheese were great! First time here. Ordered the Devils Advocate burger. Fries are plain and nothing even close to special. 20 somethings behind counter must really like each other. Lots of yammering and slow to work. Lots of standing around. I guess a $10 burger means you can afford an extra body or two and not run a lean business models. The beards on these guys are New England typical but they don't use beard nets when cooking or prepping. That's a bit gross but won't bother most ppl. Burger portion is large. Probably half pubs before cooked. Quality is 6 out of 10. Could be a high end blend that's been frozen. Not hand formed. Not Angus. Flavor of overall burger was solid. They need to get a bakery quality bun to hold up to the grease and topping. Bottom of bun is a soggy mess. Since they are the only game in town for this type of food, I can see why they are popular. But any competition would be a real stress to their business. And no, my burger was not really spicy. Just mildly hot. read more
