I asked him if he could possibly send it back to us since we couldn't drive back three hours to get it. On top of sending it back, he called the next day to say he had taken it to the post office and we would have it back in a day or two. In this day and time it can be hard to find honest people sometimes and he restored my faith in others. My granddaughter was so greatful as well as I am. Took my purchase back to our Margaritaville Resort, which was a very nice place, and found one shirt undersized. The other had a broken zipper. Returned later the same day for exchange. Found a different staff member who was very, very rude. Pretty much didn't want to help, threw bag back at me. Again, no eye contact, no thank you, sorry, come again, nothing. Rudest place in Gatlinburg. Have our items home now. Haven't washed yet to see how they hold up.

On top of my list was UA. Not the cheapest brand, if you go to regular department stores, I was hopeful they would have some good deals. I think the UA outlet is very similar to outlet experiences everywhere, know prices before you go and/or look stuff up online. Just like most outlets, they have some really good deals (40 - 50% off) and some not so great deals (20 - 30% off). If you are shopping off season items, they were the best deals (middle of summer) and offered the largest discount. They had an overall good selection, way more than what you find at stores that carry multiple brands. In addition to the clothing and shoes, they have a good selection of backpacks/duffle bags, sunglasses, etc. Store (5 out of 5): Great selection that is well laid out and the store is really clean. Staff (5 out of 5): The thirty minutes we were there, staff were all over the store checking on people to see if they needed assistance in any way. Constantly straightening and organizing stock. Prices (4 out of 5): Prices can still range to the high side, however if you are used to athletic/department store prices then all the prices are a deal, just some are better than others. Happy we came here and found a couple deals too good to pass up. If you are a fan of the product line you should check them out.

It's helpful to sign up for their rewards program and pay attention to their changing sale pricing structure. I always wait till what I want is on sale. If you do, you can consistently get better prices than Amazon. I love these clothes for the gym and for travel. It's easy to just wash them in the sink and hang them dry if you are on the road. At home you can wash them on delicate and hang them dry or dry them on super low for 15 minutes or so and they are dry. I've bought a few of their polos recently as well and I'm really enjoying them. It's great to be able to see the styles in person and try things on instead of ordering online all the time. The management, sales people, and entire store team are doing things right here! We didn't see any clerks or staff until we checked out. There was a line to check out, but the line moved quickly. The merchandise seemed rather sparse, but the there racks of sale items with great pricing. The shirts seemed good quality and I could not decide on a color, so I got the same shirt in several colors. They carry athletic shoes and lots of colorful backpacks. The kid's store is in a separate storefront in the mall. We went there first by accident because the signs do not tell you that the kid's store is for kid's. Parking is limited and tight. The mall is always crowded.
