Took my purchase back to our Margaritaville Resort, which was a very nice place, and found one shirt undersized. The other had a broken zipper. Returned later the same day for exchange. Found a different staff member who was very, very rude. Pretty much didn't want to help, threw bag back at me. Again, no eye contact, no thank you, sorry, come again, nothing. Rudest place in Gatlinburg. Have our items home now. Haven't washed yet to see how they hold up.

The woman running the establishment has zero customer service skills and was down right rude! I'm still mad at myself for giving her business my money. It's helpful to sign up for their rewards program and pay attention to their changing sale pricing structure. I always wait till what I want is on sale. If you do, you can consistently get better prices than Amazon. I love these clothes for the gym and for travel. It's easy to just wash them in the sink and hang them dry if you are on the road. At home you can wash them on delicate and hang them dry or dry them on super low for 15 minutes or so and they are dry. I've bought a few of their polos recently as well and I'm really enjoying them. It's great to be able to see the styles in person and try things on instead of ordering online all the time. The management, sales people, and entire store team are doing things right here! We didn't see any clerks or staff until we checked out. There was a line to check out, but the line moved quickly. The merchandise seemed rather sparse, but the there racks of sale items with great pricing. The shirts seemed good quality and I could not decide on a color, so I got the same shirt in several colors. They carry athletic shoes and lots of colorful backpacks. The kid's store is in a separate storefront in the mall. We went there first by accident because the signs do not tell you that the kid's store is for kid's. Parking is limited and tight. The mall is always crowded.
