I tried a tropical smoothie bowl, it was beautifully presented and tasted really fresh and yummy. The swimmers smoothie juice I tried had carrots, coconut water, mint and other yummy ingredients, but was probably not as smooth as I would have liked. It did taste good though. They have a small selection of salads and offer coffees and a good selection of protein balls to help energise you after a workout. It was a nice option for a healthy breakfast.
