We ran into some issues (there were issues before, but they had escalated due to lack of enough supervision) and I kept calling to check on the status on the waiting list. Thank the good Lord that we were able to start taking our son here. I love the photos I get throughout the day assuring me he is cared for well. He is still adjusting as he is crying during drop off AND pick up :). But once you enter the place you can see that it is clean and inviting. Ms. Jenna and the director Ms. Andrea have been phenomenal with answering questions and they are both just so sweet. You can tell they love what they do (the day of the tour they both were decked out for St. Patty's lol) The facility itself is very roomy with big classrooms. I like also the little porch area they have for the kids to still be able to play outside or get fresh air even if it were to rain a bit or be too hot to go all the way out without the cover of a roof. It's a gated porch and each classroom has their own so the kids are secured. My son is learning many things here already and I can't wait until he starts being able to vocalize more his new knowledge.

But we won't be sending our boys here.

This daycare was ok until my son started having "breath holding spells " so often that the last…read moreepisode was 3 in one hour . We had a full work up done on our son, and doctors couldn't figure out what was going on, but said some kids do that, however he had never done that in front of us nor in front of the doctors. His teachers were great and sweet to him, but something was not right and we don't know what. We moved him to Primrose in May 2025 (he had been at BES since he was about 3 or 4 months until about 11 months). He never had one single episode there and has been thriving. The director mentioned several parents had moved over there from BES and I did in fact run into a parent I knew that told me her son had a bad diaper rash and was even bleeding. He also had a giant goose egg and they didn't know how he got it. The little kid even told his mom was the "mean teacher" (mom said teacher is no longer there. My husband and I were told there were cameras , and when we asked about them they "hadn't been set up yet." The regional director told us she would call us to talk about the passing out spells (his lips would turn blue sometimes) and she didn't call. Do your own research, but the reviews speak for themselves.

I have seen many negative reviews for BES online although I am well aware that people typically ONLY post about negative experiences - so I took it with a grain of salt and pushed forward. I have friends who have used BES in the past and the feedback from actual parents was 50/50, so I wanted to give them a shot. Having used 2 other facilities in the area, I understand that everyone's opinions/expectations with childcare are very different and went into this all with a very open mind. I have been actively trying to get my children's enrollment lined out since May 26th when I first spoke to someone on the phone... and it has been nothing but trouble since. I was told after the first call, I'd get a call back to validate our enrollment completion and registration fees settled - and received no call back. Again, open minded - I proceeded to schedule a tour online. I went to tour the facility on 6/2, and paid my registration fees afterwards to hold my children's spots. I was told by the woman at the front desk that the online system for enrollment paper work was giving them trouble, and that she would have to check with 'so-and-so' to find the forms and they'd call me the following Monday to touch base and make sure they had everything they needed. Again, no callback happened. While I was there taking care of the registration fees in the front office, I could hear a young toddler/older infant having a meltdown.. one of the office ladies walked back in and stated "if anyone wants to cuddle with a little one, sounds like there is one in there that needs it!" and she proceeded to go back to laminating and cutting paper. Again, I know how kids are and took it with a grain of salt - maybe the kid is sick? Having a rough morning? Teacher busy changing a diaper? It happens - right! Still tried to push forward with an open mind. All that to say... My kids were slated to start in July and with only 1 week until their start date, no one has called me. I proactively reached out again yesterday via email to validate our enrollment was completed and figure out how to set up payments for our tuition. I then received a response asking me to take care of the registration fees (already paid on 6/2), and complete the enrollment paperwork (which was completed 3 weeks ago). I have had to follow up countless times, with continued lapses in communication on BES's end. I can't speak to how they care for their children, aside from my single experience while there for a tour. I cannot speak to the teacher's quality or how they educate. However as a momma who has her stuff together and tries to be proactive in resolving stuff like this - the experience with enrollment was extremely poor. They seem very unorganized and as if the office staff does not communicate effectively. I am choosing to not enroll my children here based on the experience with enrollment alone. I am losing out on our registration fees.. although that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make. I had a bad feeling about all of this after the first missed call-back, and am choosing to go with my gut feeling and avoiding BES in the future.

I love that you can make it fit a schedule that works for the time you need and budget. The teachers are beyond amazing, the class sizes are small and the teachers/aids really know your kid, they don't just get lost in a sea of other kids, and you can tell that they genuinely enjoy being there and working with them. The teachers and leadership have done such a wonderful job preparing these students academically while perfectly balancing in fun!!

There have been many instances where I have walked in to pick him up, and have seen them yell, in his face, about things he cannot help, (he is special needs) including messing with his shirt, and not keeping his shoes on. (He was FIVE at the time). They would separate him from the rest of the kids to punish him, which is something he still doesn't understand. Not qualified to handle kids with disabilities. Totally unacceptable, unethical, and unprofessional. If you love your child, please find an alternative place to keep them.

My 3 yr old loves it there. He has learned so much with his vocabulary and counting! It is a blessing to have a place to have my children where I can trust the staff and feel comfortable.
