We paid an additional $50 specifically for early setup. When we arrived, another party was still taking place, the facility was not ready, and we were unable to begin setting up as planned. They did refund the $50, which was appropriate, but by the time we were actually able to get started we had only about 15-20 minutes to prepare before guests arrived. The facility was also dirty when we entered and had an unpleasant smell. On top of that, the four 2-liter sodas that were supposed to be included with our package were never provided. The way they manage the three-hour party period also needs to be much clearer. They advertise three hours of party time, but staff expect you to have your guests out, decorations removed, belongings packed, and everything finished by exactly the end of those three hours. If teardown time is included within the three-hour rental, customers should be clearly told this before booking. As the party was ending, young staff members repeatedly followed us and reminded us about the time while we were trying to manage children, say goodbye to guests, gather gifts, remove decorations, and pack our belongings. It became extremely annoying and made us feel like we were being pushed out rather than treated like paying customers. What really bothered me was that while our guests--including children--were still leaving, staff came out with wet mops and began mopping the floors. It felt disrespectful to our guests and also created a completely unnecessary slip hazard while families were walking out. There was simply a lack of organization throughout the entire experience: the venue wasn't ready, our paid setup time didn't happen, the facility wasn't properly prepared, items included in our package were missing, we felt pressured throughout the ending of the party, and cleanup began before our guests had even left. Several parents attending our party told us they had been considering Imagine City for their own children's birthdays. Based on what we experienced, I told them I personally could not recommend booking a party here. I hope management takes these complaints seriously because the concept is great, but the organization and customer service surrounding parties need significant improvement.

The service was very good, staff very attentive, streamlined process for everyone and everything. Not to mention very clean. Later that same day I had realized I lost two hundred dollar bills somewhere and I was at dinner with an empty wallet. I went I to full panic and almost wrote it off because I had little faith I would find it. For the heck of it, I called scooters to see if maybe I dropped it there and the staff said they'd look around and call me back. I got a call back wayyyyyyy after hours for the establishment telling me they found it and that they'd hold it for me as long as I needed. They even opened the doors for me after hours to give it back. Scooters jungle is not only an amazing place for children but also tended to by people who care about their relationships with their patrons. Out of principle I will be having my next kids event there, because they go above and beyond.

The lady with the tacos and pupusas is so nice and friendly and the food is fresh and delicious. The hot dogs are yummy with an amazing snap to them. There was a small family business selling fresh sourdough as well so we had to pick some up. Yes the bathrooms are port a potties but they are clean. Internet is choppy as expected up on a mountain and actually forced everyone to be present and enjoy time together rather than being on our phones posting. Our tour focused on the importance of helping our fellow primates survive and the risks that we, their cousins, create for them through development, deforestation, and poaching. We were provided with a lot of information related to Gibbons' development, social relationships, and habits. Did you know that Gibbons get "married" and "divorced"? Most commonly, they mate for the life of the couple but it doesn't always work out. We were told about one previously happy Gibbon couple with four children that divorced over.....discipling the children! (Are you surprised? I'm not!) The center is immaculately maintained and the Gibbons appear extremely happy and healthy. We were fortunate to see a year-old baby interacting with family members and to hear the famous Gibbon calls when we first arrived.
