They must have been running low on the grilled chicken, or didn't want to make any fresh, if they were out. Whoever made my order used those dried out crispy chicken strips, instead of the grilled chicken. They were horrible! I suspect they had plenty of those dried out crispy chicken fingers they wanted to get rid of, so they used them in my tacos. Taco Bell, do better! I have no idea why they are serving those stupid crispy chicken strips anyway. If I wanted chicken like that, I would go next-door to the restaurant that specializes in them. We had to unwrap them, and then try and unroll them and see what was inside. In the process of unrolling them you can image the damage to the soft burrito wraps. All we could see was a mushy mess of beans and we never could really figure out which was which. We found one with no onions that my wife ordered, she hates onions. Otherwise we had no idea what were eating or if they had even got our order right. Need some kind of markings on the wrappers to identify what is inside, sounds simple to me.

What I got was a $10 BOLOGNA sandwich on hard, stale bread that definitely was not baked today... The Subway policy is that all bread is made the same day you buy it... Not at this location. It is supposed to have ham, salami, and bologna but mine only had one thin slice of bologna down the entire length of the sandwich. I usually check my food or watch it being made but I failed to do that this time. Then I drove nearly 30 miles to where I was staying before I sat down to eat this "meal". The bread was so hard.... I had to put it in a microwave for 20 seconds to soften it up... it definitely wasn't made today, maybe 2 days ago. It was still tough to chew. I only ate about one-third of the sandwich before I just had to throw it in the garbage where it belongs.

When everything was picked up and brought home, every single sub was wrong. None of them had cheese on them at all, even though cheese was supposed to be on the orders. One of the subs, a BLT, had only one piece of bacon on it. Another one, a Veggie Delight, only had lettuce, tomato, and green peppers--most of what was ordered on it was missing. Overall, the sandwiches were very thin and just poorly made. A call was made to the store right after noticing everything. The employee who answered was immediately defensive and kept saying the subs did have cheese, even after being told there were pictures showing they didn't. Instead of trying to fix anything, she kept repeating herself and saying there was nothing she could do, along with "oh well." When asked about a manager or someone above her, she said she didn't know who her supervisor was. When asked how to contact someone higher up, she said to "figure it out." She also claimed she was the only one in the store at that point, even though there were two employees there at the time the order was picked up. The main issue isn't just that the food was made wrong across the entire order, it's how it was handled. There was no attempt to help, no accountability, and the attitude on the phone was the real issue here and why we are trying to reach someone everytine we would ask her for info to do so she would tell us to figure it out ourself.
