Chicken Makhani/Butter Chicken

Great food, large portions, and excellent service. The atmosphere is comfortable. Kind of dark but sets the mood. Loved it! Got a Mango Lassi to go. I'm not a huge fruit or mango fan but it was the best thing I've ever had. So good!

The ease of Mobil app ordering and pick up The portions and quality of the food as well as customization if needed are wonderful The service is also great. Friendly, knowledgeable and informative on assisting with choice selection and recommendations.

This restaurant has only been open for a few months, but it has quickly established itself as a premier destination for quality Indian cuisine. I've eaten a lot of Indian restaurants, and there are a few that hold a candle to this place. We have tried a number of different dishes and everything from the chili chicken to the tandoori and many of the vegetarian dishes have all been top-notch. We have been here six or seven times in the last two months and have yet to score a bad dish. And the naan-there is "naan" better in my book-huge, flaky and flavorful. Service is also not lacking. You greeted soon after you walk in the door and choose your own table or booth. The server brings a bottled water, a nice upgrade since the first time we came we were served tapwater which was basically drinkable. No charge for the bottled water. This has instantly become our go to restaurant in the Oxford area. Highly recommend!

Please I beg the owners to make the menu smaller, as well as the portions, and cook more stuff from scratch, as well as knowing the expiration dates of their food. I am sad because I really wanted to eat here again, but I don't want to get sick again. :(.

Any time my friends, co-workers, or I have ordered Krisha, it is ready in less than 20 minutes. It is always steaming hot too when we pick up our order or eat in; it's exceptional every time. The service is always great, as they seat you right away and take your order immediately. My favorite thing to order is the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. Both are delicious. You can order according to the level of spice you like. I normally opt for a two or three, as I prefer it on the mild-ish spice side. The naan with the sauce from the tikka masala is amazing! The portions are massive so I always have leftovers for the following day. I really enjoy this aspect honestly, as I think the leftovers taste equally as good as the day you get your food from Krishna. The sauce really seeps in, so it makes it even more flavorful. If you're in the Oxford area craving Indian food, this is the place to go. It will be one of the things I miss most about my college town!

We saw the billboards several times before finally making the stop and we weren't disappointed! The gas station itself is not clean or organized in the slightest. They really need to step it up. And ordering was challenging because of the language barrier. We waited maybe 20 mins, which we were fine with as there were several others waiting as well. But the food made it all worth it. Very rich and flavorful sauces and the chicken was tender and juicy. Fresh naan. And honestly, decently inexpensive. With a few tweaks, this could really be something!

This is a counter service restaurant at a truck stop in southern Indiana. You're not expecting a white tablecloth experience and you're not going to get it. The service was polite enough and I could have done with fewer flies but otherwise it's okay. We ordered chicken curry (medium heat), goat saag (very spicy), keema naan, and chapatis. The curry was much spicier than medium but had a very good flavor. However, there wasn't that much chicken and what there was was dry and stringy despite it being dark meat. Also, I asked for no cilantro - repeated it more than once - but as you can see in the photo there was still cilantro all through the dish. Big problem. The goat was very well liked but there also wasn't much meat in it. The "spicy" heat level was significantly milder than my "medium" chicken but the flavor was very good. The keema naan was also well liked but I couldn't taste it myself due to the cilantro. Each entree comes with a full pint of basmati rice so if you like your sauce you may have a nice bonus meal.

Most Indian…read morerestaurant don't have paratha (layered wholewheat bread); Indian Fusion has five varieties of them. Plus 21 varieties of nan (I'm trying the cherry nan next time), plus 29 vegetarian options, and 33 chicken options -- you get the idea. They even offered kulfi -- an Indian ice cream-sicle I seldom see in local restaurants. I called in my pick-up order and the waitress was very helpful -- especially in helping me choose a spice level -- and conscientious in taking the order. She was equally patient when I came to pick it up, answering my questions about bringing a larger group there (her answer, yes, we'd be happy to accommodate them!) The restaurant was beautifully decorated and clean -- it was medium-small -- it seemed cozy, but with tables in the middle for larger groups. Regarding the food itself -- OMG!! There is no such thing here as a simple taste-- it's all layered with flavor and surprise "zings" of herbs and unexpected seasonings. Starting with my mango lassi: this was no normal lassi -- it had a more piquant complex flavor, maybe due to more authentic ingredients, or maybe the ratio of yogurt to mango, -- all I know is that if this isn't how an authentic mango lassi tastes, then it should be -- I couldn't stop drinking it, and was equally surprised anew at each sip. My paneer paratha was a little thicker than most I've had before, and looked -- and tasted -- hand-made, and had a surprise hit of unusual spice or herb. At this point I was convinced I just purchased authentic high-quality food and hadn't even gotten to my main dishes yet! My favorite of the entrees was the Kadai ginger lamb -- the lamb was fresh and tender, and the veggies were in large healthy chunks that were freshly cut, and the sauce was delicious and complex. My chicken curry was also delicious, and the spice level was just about right (I chose a level 2, to be cautious at a new restaurant, and will probably go to a 3 next time). All together, a rare find of an authentic restaurant that puts love, care, and expertise into each dish, and it all comes through in the taste!!

The inside was small but clean and we were greeted promptly. We started out with the mixed platter, I can't tell you what it had but chicken pakora and vegetable samosa. It was very good but filling. Their side sauces were tasty and I really liked them. I ordered the chicken tikka saag heat level 6, wife ordered chicken tikka masala level 1 or 2 with a side of garlic naan. I have to say mine was great and was one of the best tasting saag I've eaten. Not a ton of spinach but enough, but wasn't hot for me. My wife loved the Marsala. It was better than her favorite place. The naan was good. Overall it was a great experience and we will come back.

Flavors were good but not great. I didn't experience the depth of flavor I am used to. I will go back, try a different dish and see how that goes. I am thrilled that there is an Indian restaurant in town.

The food tasted authentic, and every entrée was well prepared. They offer a great variety of curries, all of which were rich, flavorful, and satisfying! The lamb curry was especially good. The meat was tender and delicious. My only wish is that there had been a little more lamb in it! I also tried the garlic naan. It was good, but it wasn't quite as good as the best garlic naan I've ever had, which was served steaming hot, extra buttery, and packed with a strong garlic flavor. The complimentary mango drink was a nice touch and tasted great. They also offer ice cream for dessert. I tried the Campfire S'mores flavor as well as the Chocolate Brownie Pretzel flavor, and both were a perfect way to end the meal. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and even has what appears to be a private dining area in the back. The weekday lunch buffet is available until 2:30 p.m., and on weekends it's served until around 4:00 p.m. The weekend buffet is $16 per person. The buffet is a great value considering the quality and variety of the food. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back!

Most Indian restaurants don't offer paratha (layered wholewheat bread); Wok India offers 4 varieties of it! (I ordered the paneer paratha, with cheese stuffed in the middle of the layers). For dessert they offer kulfi -- Indian ice cream on a stick, which I'd never seen or tried before. It was fairly easy to order by phone and when I arrived, I found the restaurant to be fairly large, clean, and bustling with people. The waitress was quick to help and efficient, if somewhat rushed and harried (I was searching through my takeout bag because I couldn't find the straw she placed there and she yelled at me -- "Give it to me" (meaning my bag) -- not the best customer service approach I've ever encountered). The meal itself was fairly good -- I got the mango chicken and the masala shrimp. The portions were huge, the accompanying rice was plentiful, and the proteins were fresh and tender. I chose a "2" on the spice level (they go from 1 to 6) and didn't taste any heat at all. (I ate the shrimp out of the masala shrimp and used the sauce for mildly flavored tomato soup the next day). Next time I'll know to choose higher, as much of the flavor in Indian food is in the heat. I absolutely loved the pistachio kulfi -- a delicious but unusual taste I'd never experienced before. So, all together, a decent Indian repast and one interesting new taste.
