My dad asked another staff member, and she responded that there were no public bathrooms. My parents are long time customers and have used the restroom in previous visits. To add insult to injury, when my dad made a final attempt to find someone to help, he saw the first employee exit the public restroom with the key in her hand. I hope that staff will change this behavior in the future because this is extremely upsetting. The cashier told my parents that the woman who refused to allow my father to use the restroom is a store manager!!!!!
