Yes I ordered chicken last night and the chicken and potatoe wedges were fine but the rolls were so had you could knock somebody out with them. We called the store but and the worker rudely told us she had to call her manager to fix out right to do. An hour later we get a call back saying we can come get fresh rolls. That was not an acceptable conclusion since in the hour we waited to hear back we had already eaten our chicken and wedges. The employee then told use rudely we have to call back in the morning. I politely said we need to hear back for the manager within s reasonable time. She then informed me the manager was out of town and hang up on me. I attempted to reach out to supervisor because this is unacceptable customer service but still have not heard back from noone. read more

This was a good business when it was Mason's. Since it was bought by Little General, I continued to by gas only because prices went up for store items, but gas has been the lowest in town. The only issue was I purchased gas 03/10/17 and used the pay at pump option. However while out of town, I got a call from a family member asking me to call them. I did and was told that the pump card readers didn't work and several other people also used cards not read. I agreed to come back and was told that it was no problem. However around 7am this business called family to threaten me with police action as if I stole the gas. So after going there less than 24 hours after purchase, I asked why did they inform my family that if I don't come immediately they would make it a police matter? The manager replied, " we have to do that". My reply was that I committed no crime and it's not my fault your equipment was defective. So with that type of service, I will not be a customer again. read more

I proceeded to hand her my ID and she stated that she "could not sell me the product until my ID was turned". Performing my usual walk around the trailer as I do every fuel stop I realized one axle had no wheel, no hub, trashed axle spindle.... No idea when it happened. No indications from the trailer. Pulled at 77MPH the entire time. I serviced all four wheels last Fall and topped off the wheel bearing grease in June of this year. Just goes to show, sometimes it just doesn't matter what you do things just fail. Anyway, after searching we limped our way over to Youngblood RV. After 8 hours with Youngblood's technicians trying to repair the axle we threw in the towel and started the return journey home rather than attempting another 8 hours away from home and then 12 hours back. If you ever find yourself in Mayfield, KY in need of anything related to RV or camping, or grilling, or golf carts, do yourself a favor and go to Youngblood RV. Ask for Trevor Youngblood. I took up 8 hours of bay time and use of his time. He didn't charge me a single penny. Class act people...words can't convey my gratitude for these folks.

I get the cold shoulder from the cashier because I'm Asian. Unfortunately during this time we have to be 6 feet back from each other and have to be cautious of other people's space during this crazy time. I understand that. Walking in, I was the only one who got told by one of the cashiers to "stay back-- 6 feet away." As he put his hand out in front of him and walked backwards. As 2 other white men were standing right next to each other, and both store clerks were standing right next to each other, less than 6 feet, more like 2 feet apart. I ended up walking away, as a white woman approached the counter in the same manner I did, but nothing was said. It's sad that we have to generalize this whole race as having this virus. I just wanted to purchase some things from this gas station, but I know not to give my money to a store who supports this kind of attitude.

I was 6 hours from home so not near my contacts or mechanic. It was pouring rain so difficult to determine issue but after researching, I should not drive until it is fixed. I called my aaa, they said they could only do a tow, but all I needed was a 5 minute easy fix. My sister in WKY found this guys contact info, I called him, he was on his way from Nashville and drove straight to us. He knew over the phone what it was and assured me he could fix it, so we instantly felt relieved. He was very professional, he pulled behind my car and had caution lights on his truck, so finally cars were avoiding my lane. Price was very affordable. I have saved his info in case I need to call him again as I drive in KY often. He was a lifesaver that day and saved me days of headache from possible tow out of state.
