That was not an acceptable conclusion since in the hour we waited to hear back we had already eaten our chicken and wedges. The employee then told use rudely we have to call back in the morning. I politely said we need to hear back for the manager within s reasonable time. She then informed me the manager was out of town and hang up on me. I attempted to reach out to supervisor because this is unacceptable customer service but still have not heard back from noone.

The only issue was I purchased gas 03/10/17 and used the pay at pump option. However while out of town, I got a call from a family member asking me to call them. I did and was told that the pump card readers didn't work and several other people also used cards not read. I agreed to come back and was told that it was no problem. However around 7am this business called family to threaten me with police action as if I stole the gas. So after going there less than 24 hours after purchase, I asked why did they inform my family that if I don't come immediately they would make it a police matter? The manager replied, " we have to do that". My reply was that I committed no crime and it's not my fault your equipment was defective. So with that type of service, I will not be a customer again.

This location has a really clean restroom! They have a good amount of gas pumps as well for big trucks and regular cars . This particular Love's also has an Arby's attached to it. We stopped here briefly and were able to hop right back on interstate to head back to Sweet Home Alabama!

I have been pulled over TWICE immediately after leaving this establishment for no apparent reason. On both occasions, the police car entered the parking lot just as I was leaving and after having enough time to talk to Sydney, followed me and pulled me over. I was let go BOTH times because I wasn't doing anything wrong. This is harassment and I do not appreciate it AT ALL.
