That was not an acceptable conclusion since in the hour we waited to hear back we had already eaten our chicken and wedges. The employee then told use rudely we have to call back in the morning. I politely said we need to hear back for the manager within s reasonable time. She then informed me the manager was out of town and hang up on me. I attempted to reach out to supervisor because this is unacceptable customer service but still have not heard back from noone.

The only issue was I purchased gas 03/10/17 and used the pay at pump option. However while out of town, I got a call from a family member asking me to call them. I did and was told that the pump card readers didn't work and several other people also used cards not read. I agreed to come back and was told that it was no problem. However around 7am this business called family to threaten me with police action as if I stole the gas. So after going there less than 24 hours after purchase, I asked why did they inform my family that if I don't come immediately they would make it a police matter? The manager replied, " we have to do that". My reply was that I committed no crime and it's not my fault your equipment was defective. So with that type of service, I will not be a customer again.

Performing my usual walk around the trailer as I do every fuel stop I realized one axle had no wheel, no hub, trashed axle spindle.... No idea when it happened. No indications from the trailer. Pulled at 77MPH the entire time. I serviced all four wheels last Fall and topped off the wheel bearing grease in June of this year. Just goes to show, sometimes it just doesn't matter what you do things just fail. Anyway, after searching we limped our way over to Youngblood RV. After 8 hours with Youngblood's technicians trying to repair the axle we threw in the towel and started the return journey home rather than attempting another 8 hours away from home and then 12 hours back. If you ever find yourself in Mayfield, KY in need of anything related to RV or camping, or grilling, or golf carts, do yourself a favor and go to Youngblood RV. Ask for Trevor Youngblood. I get the cold shoulder from the cashier because I'm Asian. Unfortunately during this time we have to be 6 feet back from each other and have to be cautious of other people's space during this crazy time. I understand that. Walking in, I was the only one who got told by one of the cashiers to "stay back-- 6 feet away." As he put his hand out in front of him and walked backwards. As 2 other white men were standing right next to each other, and both store clerks were standing right next to each other, less than 6 feet, more like 2 feet apart. I ended up walking away, as a white woman approached the counter in the same manner I did, but nothing was said. It's sad that we have to generalize this whole race as having this virus. I just wanted to purchase some things from this gas station, but I know not to give my money to a store who supports this kind of attitude.
