The ice cream itself is Bobby-Sue's ice cream. We had visited another location the other week, so it was fun getting to see it being sold somewhere else! However, compared to the other place we went to, it seemed like the scoops of ice cream were significantly smaller. Some of the ice cream also seemed a little bit old/icy when we were eating it! Overall, I think the unique flavors make it worth trying...but if I had to choose between this place and the other location, I think I would go to the original one! No restrooms on site that I saw. Also no indoor seating, but lots of outdoors places to sit! The service was also good!

It was super busy, cars packed in everywhere, long lines to get in to pay for the things we bought and for donuts. But once inside, the fall charm made up for it. There was no admission fee which was nice. The apple picking was peaceful with no lines and perfect for photo ops and enjoying the day. We got lucky with hot, fresh apple cider donuts that had just come out when we paid and they were absolutely delicious. The apple cider slushie was refreshing, and I grabbed caramel popcorn to go. Big downside: we waited 20 minutes in line at a food truck only to be told they had to shut down because they ran out of food right when it was our turn. Major bummer! That said, the weather was beautiful, the energy was festive, and the free entry is a big plus. Worth visiting, just go early, expect crowds, and maybe pack a snack!

They offer a small selection of fresh vegetables.I get my fresh ground stevia and chaga powder here (read about chaga if you've never heard of it before - you are sure to be intrigued). Moore Farm has quite a selection of herbs and Kim Moore, the owner and her associate, Sara Woods Kender, are certified herbalists. She can work with you to replace the OTC items you are taking and replace them for natural remedies and her prices are very good. She also sells delicious cupcakes and baked goods and there is a lovely gift shop as well. I'm not sure alot of people are aware of this place because it's a little off the beaten path, about 1/2 mile behind Alton Hannaford and McDonald's. Kim Moore is super sweet and an amazing person - she is a gifted medium and shamanic healer - I highly recommend a reading, Reiki or Shamballa session with her. Moore Farm conducts herbal apprenticeship certification classes, has teachers and readers that come in on a regular basis, offers therapeutic massage and bodywork sessions, and much more.
