The staff has been consistently friendly and welcoming every time we've visited. If there's one area for improvement, it's the atmosphere. The space itself is awesome, but it sometimes feels like it's missing a little energy I'd love to see more events, live music, or themed nights to bring the place to life. I asked to speak with the manager so I could explain what had happened, but instead of allowing me to explain, I was repeatedly told to leave while the bartender continued threatening to call the police. I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially since this was simply a misunderstanding that could have been been resolved with a polite explanation. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I will not be returning.
