When he was younger, haircuts weren't always easy, but the staff was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. The kid-friendly environment makes a huge difference, with TVs, toys, and plenty of distractions to help little ones feel comfortable. We've been seeing Lauren for quite some time now, and she is absolutely amazing. My son is completely comfortable with her, and haircuts are now a stress-free experience. She is always patient, consistent, and does a great job every single time. We visit about every three weeks, and the service has always been excellent. It's such a relief to have a place I trust to take care of my son's hair and make the experience enjoyable for him. If you're looking for a barber or salon that truly knows how to work with children, I highly recommend Cookie Cutters.

We had booked an appointment at 4pm the week prior, and arrived at 3:50pm for our appointment. There was no sign-in at the front desk, so we just waited in the area after saying hello to the stylist. After waiting almost 30 mins, the stylist called another customer back before us. My husband had to speak up and say we have been waiting before anyone else. The stylist rolled her eyes, ROLLED HER EYES, and said that the other customer had an appointment. We said we had an appointment as well. She would not hear us out or change her mind until the other customer told her to just let us go first. Finally, my son's haircut starts at 4:35pm and it was fine. During the haircut, the stylist told us we needed to sign-in when we arrived otherwise they don't know who is first. I told her there was no sign-in at the front or any admin that we could talk to. She told me to "reach over the counter" to find the sign-in if it wasn't out front for customers. ? Not sure how appropriate that is in any situation when arriving for an appointment anywhere. As we were paying for check out, she asked if we had our punch card. We said we forgot it at home, and she ROLLED HER EYES AGAIN! I don't know if she was having a bad day, was stressed about how many people arrived, but it was awful customer service. We felt like an inconvenience for her and did not appreciate the attitude. Not to mention they raised their prices and paying close to $30 for a child's 10 minute haircut is just not worth it in this economy. Also, for better business management, might be a good idea to hire an admin to take calls and check people in appropriately. But according to that stylist "we've never had an admin and probably never will". Great management!

She did say 200 before she started however, I assumed she was doing full head! By the time she said that, she said, oh you have product in hair," I JUST HAD SHOWERED. I left with 4 hair extensions and paid almost $300.00!! The following day, one came out! I brought in my own new extension! On the way out I got it brochure and read what the prices were and it's only $15 per extension so yes I got severely ripped off and I called down there Monday morning and told the girl and she said well sorry that's my price as I can give you a complementary hair blowout, no thank you you and I will never return!

The stylist, Rachel, told me we could only do part of my hair that day and would need a second appointment to finish. I trusted her professional advice, even though the end result was clearly uneven -- highlights only on the top of my head and none underneath. Even though I wasn't happy, I still tipped her and politely booked a second appointment to fix the bottom section. At my second appointment, things got even worse. I waited about 15-16 minutes, only to be told there was a "miscommunication" -- I had been booked for the wrong service and with the wrong stylist. I had specifically requested Amber to fix my hair, but she was already with another client. So not only was my hair not done correctly the first time, but my time was completely wasted the second time as well. I drove there for nothing and left feeling stressed and frustrated. Overall, this experience felt very unprofessional and poorly managed. I gave them a second chance and was still let down. I won't be coming back.
